Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Indiana

This in in regards to the past 5 drive through experiences. I have tried to give this diary queen location the benefit of the doubt but it is by far the worst one I have ever been to. So many times it takes so long to get to the drive through window the blizzard is melted. Melted to the point of being water consistency and they refuse to turn upside down. Tonight I watched a worker talk with a coworker while my blizzards sat on the counter and melted. One had melted so much the worker then scraped the top of the blizzard off in the trash to make it look like it wasn’t water!! I am beyond livid. This is what we teach workers now? We go here fairly often because the food is actually pretty good. The amount can vary from what is expected to quite shy on portions. The floors are almost always dirty and sticky. It’s like they use the same mop and water for the back kitchen (that handles oils and ice cream) as the lobby and dining areas so they are sticky and have dirty shoe tread marks in them. The customer service is like many places with some employees nailing the friendly and attentive service aspect of their job better than others. In busy times it can be hard to find a clean table inside and if using the drive through can lead to 5-15 minute waits by being asked to pull through, so keep that in mind if you...

The girl working this evening was neither bright nor kind. I got a chicken strip basket, and asked for ranch and buffalo sauce. Get my food and realize there is no gravy, so I go in and ask if you still get gravy with the chicken strip basket that cost 14$ BTW and she said yes and I informed her we didn't get ours. She goes to get it and comes back and tells me I didn't get my gravy because I got ranch and buffalo. My receipt had all zeros by the added sauce and didn't mention it being substituted as my gravy and last I checked the gravy came as a part of the meal....yet I was told I was...
