If only I could give zero stars.....🤦🏻♀️omg where do I start? This store is ran almost solely on teenagers and ones with no interest in performing the simplest task correctly. Teen 1 asked what I would like and I told him I wanted to share a foot long with my bf and we wanted it cut in half. When he chose our bread if choice he handled it as if it was some animal trying to escape and smashed the thing into a pancake while trying to slice it open. I asked him to redo it because I don't order a pita pocket🤦🏻♀️ He managed to be slightly more delicate this time but refused to cut the sandwich in half before adding cheese. (I'm allergic to peppers and my bf gets pepper jack cheese) After adding our cheeses he toasted it and the cheese obviously melted together. Ok, move onto "miss bad attitude already" teen number 2. I ask her to cut my sandwich in half and...well....I guess the don't have measuring grids on the cutting board because one half was only about 3 inches long.....altho, she didn't get pepper jack cheese on my itty bitty half. At that point I walked out and told them I would go somewhere else because they didn't know what they were doing. It was rude on my part but not entirely untrue. Subway....please stop hiring teens or make sure and adult is watching them. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE ADULT ON STAFF..... And these children should not be running an entire establishment by themselves, especially if they have no skills to make a...
Read moreI've eaten at many Subway restaurants. This is the worst one by far. I've tried eating here twice with the current management and both times it was the slowest worst customer service ever. This is very sad because it used to be a well run restaurant. Not anymore. They just seem confused and unsure of what they're doing. They act defensive like the customers are not to be trusted or something which makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Also they don't honor coupons or deals in the store. For a deal you have to order in the app (which always crashes) or on the website. We literally had to stand in the store and order right in front of them on the website on our phone which was incredibly stupid in and of itself. That aside, the language barrier was also a factor but usually when there is a language barrier we have no problem working through it but in this case there was a serious lack of communication skills independent of the language barrier. I strongly recommend if you want a Subway sandwich go to the other one in Corydon. This one...
Read moreI placed an online order for takeout, and when I got home to eat our subs, they had barely any sauce and were very dry. I emailed the store, and the manager was helpful enough to give me a free sub, which I appreciated. My husband went to pick it up for me to take to work, but the experience was just as frustrating. As he explained my order, the sandwich maker kept grabbing the wrong ingredients and still put hardly any sauce on it. My husband had to point directly at what I wanted because the employee didn’t seem to understand him at all.
This was my first time trying this Subway location, since I thought the only one in Corydon was the Walmart location. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. I’ll stick with the Walmart Subway because this one clearly needs to train its employees better. Honestly, it’s the worst Subway I’ve been to—and I’ve lived in many cities...
