Rude!!! As we pulled to the window we were greeted with 2 employees talking about us āthey should know what they are getting and how to order their drinks itās not that hardā and then THEY messed up our order, we were nice about it and let them know. They switched out the small for the correct size that was written on the receipt stuck to the drink (a large) then we get it and leave and there was hair in the drink! We called to speak with the manager on duty and was instantly greeted unprofessionally and very rudely. When I tried to speak she spoke louder over top of me, was very argumentative. I told her I was calling corporate and her response was āgo ahead I have 25 years of custom service experience how about you? Our store does great, record sales and we have all kind of awards. Call them nothing will come of it.ā The general manager Maggie was absolutely rude, I was blown away! I did call corporate but I think Maggie is right nothing will come of it because I had to ask THEM if they were going to ask for the location and general managers name even! Customer service is such a HUGE deal! If you can not treat people professionally and kind then please work somewhere where you do not have to handle the public. I could not believe the rudeness, Maggie answered the phone straight away with so much disrespect and attitude. We were the ones who were wronged- our coffee was wrong then hair was in the drink. I order a $4 medium latte. It was 35% full. So I drive 15 minutes back to get it fixed.
There were about 5 workers lazily doing things. After 10 more minutes of waiting with no assistance, a young man lazily stands about 4 feet away from the cash register.
He then walks two more feet, and just stares at me. No "can I help you?" Or "hello", no greeting. Just stares at me like I'm ruining his day.
I tell him what happen and he doesn't respond or acknowledge me, he just walks away and asks someone to fix the order.
The person who made my latte REMEMBERED making it and basically said "oh yeah we were low on milk that's why". š”š”š”š”š”
So apparently that justified giving a paying customer a 35% full cup of $4 coffee.
They did fix it, "Here you go", no apology, no concern. So there goes 40 minutes of my entire day over a coffee.

I was told by the manager Maggie, when I asked for a little milk to be added don't worry about the ice. She told me I can dump out the Ice and you can drink the remainder in the cup. Very rudely. She refused to help Ashley who was a new co worker. She was to busy laughing and gossiping in the corner with 4-5 other partners about a lady who should have just what Maggie said "she should have gone to a gas station." This all occurred in front of my 5 kids and myself. I'm from Michigan and this is such a shame. I would not come back to this store. Ashley was amazing!
