Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

Nekter is an amazing franchise with the best smoothies around. Just not the costa mesa store, unfortunately. This last visit, they didn't prep enough of the smoothie, so instead of mixing up more, he just filled the top 3rd with ice... This is after I realized they have just been deducting my nekter points but still charging me full price all this time, but I don't want to be a cheap-skate about their nekter rewards- so who cares.. Every other store is amazing; they realize you're buying a $15 smoothie and everything is cool. This store is just one thing after another with poorly trained staff. Terrible service. Could not give me any information on when an order I placed through the app was picked up. Refused to refund my money though the order was never delivered. Told me I had to deal with Uber Eats. I told them this was unacceptable and asked for the manager. They blew a whistle at me and hung up on me. I called back and a guy answered the phone and just kept saying “hello” and hung up. Called back multiple times and they refused to answer. Called Uber Eats and they said since the order was placed through Nekter app the responsibility for refund lies with Nekter. Nekter Corporate agrees....

Ordered a bowl and a drink. Bowl came out promptly. But then as I waited for my drink, it never came. I stared to eat my bowl and before I knew it. I had finished my bowl and still no drink. I'm the only one sitting inside this place. Finally went up and asked and they forgot it. They had 2-3 mobile orders finished waiting to be picked up, but the guy who actually orders in person is skipped over. Prioritize the customers that order in person and are physically waiting at the store for the drink. I waited 15 minutes for a drink with 4...
