Sushi-teri — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

I arrived to the restaurant with an appetite for sushi. I walked in and was greeted. The ambiance inside felt homey to the culture of Japanese, yet simple.

I was ready to order my initial 5 rolls I had in mind: California roll, Crunchy roll, Philly roll, Caterpillar roll, and Dragon roll. I ordered It to go and the total came out to be $40.14. Personally, it was a little pricey, but it's what you expect for sushi and reasonable price.

It was time to eat. The presentation was appetizing and appealing to the eye. The aroma of the sushi made me want to take a bite. So I did, and it was a delicacy to its finest. The flavor was pleasant to the mouth and my taste buds thank me. I went for another, with no doubt with every flavorful bite I took it was almost like I was in sushi heaven.

I highly recommend you eat here for the delicious sushi, you'll not regret it. I give it 5/5 stars, and for sure...

LOVE this place! Despite the 2 star comment from Emma they actually have amazing service. They've never forgotten any portion of our meal, the food always comes out quick, and they are very nice to make any adjustments needed to the order if necessary. We've been regulars here for years now and have not had any sort of bad service. Really attentive to their customers! Fast for placing an order on the phone too! Never had a problem with a phone order either.

The portions are good for the size and the food is great also. I usually have the creamy sesame chicken rice bowl and my husband has the either katsu bowl, my dad has the teriyaki bowl. We've also tried the curry, the eel bowl (yum!), various sushi and California rolls, and the gyōza!

Well earned! This family owned restaurant really earned...

Sushi Teri is terrific sushi. I can’t believe such a tiny little spot can put out something so well done. We ordered quite a lot of food and everything was packed very well and done pretty quick. The hours I think were different than what it said online but it worked out for us. I recommend calling to check. Definitely beats out some “other places nearby”. I usually go to this center for sushi as a safe bet… but decided to risk the new place and I’m glad I did. Writing this review just reminded me that I forgot to tell some locals about it! Thanks for the great food!...
