Patrick's Pub — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

I met a friend at Patrick's for a Sunday afternoon drink. This was my first time going to Patrick's, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There were lots of tvs tuned in to Sunday football, and most of them had the Chargers/Raiders game on. So while I talked with my friend and sipped on my Ginger Beam drink, I got to enjoy the heck outta the Chargers beating the lowly Raiders. God, I love it when they lose! For a Sunday afternoon, Patrick's wasn't too busy, nor was it dead. The 1 bartendress was competent and kept up with the crowd. My friend ordered a Ginger Beam, which I had never had before, not like she made this drink anyway. It was really, really good! I think instead of Ginger Ale, she used Ginger Beer, and it tasted like there might have been a little fresh ginger in there, too. Beats me. That's why I sit on the other side of the bar and order the drinks! Ha ha I didn't order any food, so I can't say anything about that. But, I can say that I had a pretty good time at Patrick's Pub on a Sunday afternoon....

I was staying in Costa Mesa for a couple of weeks on business and had the pleasure of visiting Patrick’s Pub. Drew, Andy and all of the bartenders, not only made sure that I got treated like family and a local, they went out of their way to make me feel right at home. If you visit Costa Mesa and don’t stop here for a drink, I promise that you are missing out. I would give this place a 1000% positive rating if I could but will have to settle for the highest 100% on here. For a place that is connected to a hotel in Costa Mesa this is definitely a 5 out of 5 . I can't explain why so many people come here?.. and why sometimes there's so many hot chicks here young..?. But some things are unexplainable. You just got to go with it. And this is not something that's hard to go with.. it's very easy! Easy peasy man. Cool place. And it has hotel and a pool and everything connected right to it. Lots of people come here. . Has TVs, lots of alcohol, pool tables, jukebox, foosball, all kinds...
