The menu at Verde is a beautiful fusion of contemporary cuisine with hints of Latin inspiration, and each dish is presented with an artistry that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate. For starters, their Ceviche is an absolute must-try, boasting perfectly tender shrimp marinated in a bright, citrusy blend with just the right amount of heat. It's refreshing, vibrant, and sets the tone for an incredible meal.
Verde’s Short Rib Tacos redefine what you might expect from this classic dish; the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a richness balanced by zesty pickled onions and creamy avocado that add layers of complexity. If you're a fan of seafood, the Grilled Branzino is phenomenal. Crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside, it's paired with roasted vegetables that taste like they were picked that morning, highlighting Verde's commitment to quality.
One of the standout aspects of Verde is how each dish feels like a true celebration of the ingredients. Their vegetable sides, often overlooked in many restaurants, are given the spotlight here, with the Roasted Cauliflower stealing the show. It’s served with a tahini dressing that elevates the dish to something truly special—simple yet packed with flavor.
And let’s not forget dessert. The Churros here are an indulgent treat, with a perfect crunch on the outside and a soft, warm center, served with a chocolate dipping sauce that’s pure heaven.
Service at Verde is just as impressive as the food. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about the menu, adding to the whole experience. The ambiance strikes a beautiful balance between chic and cozy, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings.

Read moreNice try BUT. Here is my review. Food was disappointing I was expecting so much more. We ordered two entrées. The hamburger for $25.00 looked really delicious in the photos. First the bun was burned black on top not toasted burned. The burger was a smash type burger and cooked well which was fine but had broken in half during preparation and held together with the cheese after starting to eat 1/2 the meat fell out of the burger onto the plate. There were too many sautéed onions and the bun got gooey. The fries were the worst I have had in a long time seemed to have used frozen fries some were clumped together is a mass. I asked the waitress if they made the fries on site and she said no so the frozen type seemed possible, definitely not good. The 1/2 chicken, $37.00 was very small portion a very small chicken used and the chicken was dry, another disappointment. They have an automatic door up front which was quite irritating as you can not close it behind you until it decides to close which means cold air was rushing into the restaurant making it uncomfortably cold when the door was open. The decor was okay but sparse and so it was very noisy inside to the point it was hard to carry on a conversation. Too costly for what was provided by about $10.00 per entree, would...
