Please stay away! The staff here is terrible and everything is over priced. My husband and I were going to have our wedding here, we booked in March and the wedding was scheduled for November. We had a meeting, asked LOTS of questions and we thought everyone was on the same page. Laura was our point of contact, we made a deposit and we had scheduled the other half for a month prior to the event. Around the summer, we had a few questions regarding our event, my email got bounced several times. Finally, I called the office and it turned out that Laura was no longer working with them, now Bre had taken over. I thought she got the notes from Laura, nope! We had to meet again and start from scratch. Back to menu options, hours, etc. This is not as bad, until she starts charging for every minute of the event. My guest cannot arrive 5-10 mins before, I have to pay for that. We have to leave by 9pm sharp, or she charges me. Laura had said 10 mins prior to the event people could arrive, however, the bar would be closed and no one would be able to serve them anything, which was fine with us. Of course that changed when she quit. Laura had said there was no liability fee if we brought our DJ, now turns out there is and we have to pay that insurance. The list goes on, we would even have to pay for spoons and napkins, being our own plates for the Cake. There is a $2 cake cutting fee PER guest! And so it goes on and on... At the end, Bre was not pleasant to work with and we decided to cancel. Of course, she wouldn’t let us just go, even when it was their fault, she charged us for the alcohol up front... so we lost that money. My husband was able to take some beer home, although we were missing a couple bottles. At the end, Bre didn’t even apologize for what happened, our invites were printed and sent out. DJ was booked, etc. All she said was that Laura had not made notes and the owner was the one to make the decision, well what a terrible owner, not honoring what we had documented on emails. Please, save your money and go elsewhere, I’ll definitely never come back to this place. PS. Keep in mind the airport is nearby and you can be mid-vows when a plane flies by and you miss what your S.O. Is...
Read moreNewport Beach Vineyards & Winery Because the company held an annual end-of-year party, I was fortunate to be here for the first time. I felt and experienced the mysterious charm of this private vineyard and winery located on a small hill on the beach in Orange County, Greater Los Angeles. The landscape design in the park and the furnishings and decorations of the rich wine culture theme are impressive and impressive. The first is the vineyard and landscape design, which can be described as unique ingenuity. Because the forests are dyed red, yellow and green in autumn and winter, the undulating and scattered vineyards and vines in the shape of the mountains are unique and impressive. The construction of flat roads and winding rugged hill roads in the park composed of brick, sand, and stone paving is also infused with special care. The setting of a tropical botanical garden with a small area is refreshing. There are exotic flowers and grasses, bushes and bamboo forests whose names you and I can’t tell me. The flowers are blooming and vigorous, giving people a real feeling of a tropical jungle environment. In addition to the tropical forest area, there are also koi ponds with huge golden carps, black cat stone sculptures, small bridges and flowing water, old chairs in the pavilion, and other landscape furnishings, which enhance or enhance the natural ecological environment aura and atmosphere. ; And the setting of the aviary is ingenious, which also provides some opportunities for visitors to recognize rare birds. Secondly, the furnishings that highlight the theme of wine culture everywhere are also painstaking. For example, the environment of the service center area (wine tasting, conference party and dining area) is very creative. This is reflected in the unique wine barrel dining table and wine building furnishings in the central area, as well as the cave-style wine cellar restaurant. As night falls, the festive lights are on, the wine cellar restaurant, flowers, fine wines, food, and the band and singers who cheer up our company's party immediately play and sing passionate songs. The central area surrounded by vines is bright and colorful. , Ambilight and festive scenes of vocals, singing, and music. In addition, the park’s geographical location is close to Long Beach Airport. Regular flights take off and land at the park’s ultra-low altitude. The roaring aircraft and the clearly visible huge fuselage add shock and surprise to the noisy party venue. Finally, it is worth mentioning that there is a small horse racing range hidden on the outside near the tropical jungle of the vineyard. The mystery seems to complement the exquisite and hidden vineyards and wineries here.
Read moreI hosted a Customer Corporate dinner here. Although the place is very pretty, I would not recommend it. It was beyond EXPENSIVE and the whole vibe is pretty strange. The "tour" of the grounds truly felt like it was only showing off the money the two owners had. We received zero knowledge about the grapes, vineyard, wine itself. It was more about look like at our cars in our garage, etc. They catered in food which again, was just eh. Everything was overcooked. And the worst part, the customer service was truly lacking. I had two customers show up 30 minutes early and they weren't even offered a glass of wine while they waited. WE ARE AT A WINERY! Instead I was told, we are still setting up. The owner then stood by the bar without saying a word or a hello and just watched the pours happening with a small shrug to say, I guess you can open another bottle. Felt extremely stingy and tacky. Just overall pour taste, it needs new management...
