Juanito's Taco Truck — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

If you want authentic Mexican, this IS the place to go... Food is really on par.. It's just the restaurant set up.. They not to long ago moved to a restaurant set up from just a food truck.. In my opinion, they need to change a few things with this in mind.. 1st# Offer combos with numbers.. Makes ordering easier in a restaurant set up.. 2# Everything should have a side UNLESS specified.. Customers will feel like they are in a sit down environment and not waiting at the food truck.. Just some...

I am not an advocate for negative revues however , it is what it is. I was not impressed with the ground beef burrito, the cheese was not melted and they only had hot sauce which had no flavor just felt like the singe of a flame on my tongue. Ok, I'm not going to lie , I wasn't sure this a good idea. So I looked inside this taco truck & saw A vary clean kitchen.Being open minded (depending on who you ask) & hungry,we ordered. Burritos and tacos.!!.All the food was authentically prepared.( I'm not positive about authentically becuz ,well I'm not)The meat,small cut up beef was a bit chewy & all around I was looking for more flavor..Not great but...
