Terrible customer service. I called last week to see if I could place a preorder for pick up and was told that wouldnt be a problem. Then called the night before and Melissa was told me that no preorders will be taken, but they had plenty thay day so shouldnt be a problem and told me to call in the morning. I called first thing in the morning Melissa said nope they they are all gone. She was very rude as well and had a terrible attitude on the phone. Thanks for ruining my daughters halloween party! I will never buy from here again! They need to make sure everyone is on the same page and people are not giving out wrong information. Now i dont have any extra time to get treats for my daughters...

Very fun friendly staff, pet friendly. Very convenient ordering, offers online, door dash , Uber , etc. Quality and affordable. Very suitable for catering Events or church on Sunday mornings. The location is very clean and well kept. Consistently updated hours and menu for accurate online ordering. Ordered online for a pick up order at 9:30pm while on the way to the airport to pick up my child. Online hours say they are open until 10pm. Pull up at 9:25pm and they are closed. Checked my account and they took the payment for the order. Call the next day and the employee was rude to me when I asked her to stop the payment or whatever since they were closed and i did not receive my order. She says, "I can't help you because we close at 8pm. Call the corporate office." Call the corporate office, lady on the phone says so I can put in a request but it will be a few days. Seriously?!
