Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

I was absolutely appalled during my experience at this facility. This is the 1st time I have ever had to ask the manager and employees to stop using profanity in front of my son who was present. Not once not twice but 3 times. I only chose to go in because the drive-through was backed up by 10 to 12 cars. We went and there were 2 people in front of us. There seemed to be an adequate number of staff however, we waited almost 15 minutes for orders be taken. The employees seemed to be more concerned about the drive girl asking paratu the customers in the lobby. By the time our order was taken by the manager another employee started using per family saying horrible things about the customers through the drive-through dropping the F bomb at least 3 times. When our order was finally taken we wait event dish anne'll 20 minutes for our food. The lobby was absolutely disgusting and that 1 clean table. A customer had to ask for a rag so they could clean the tables. That's when the manager came out to clean the tables. I couldn't believe she started spraying the chemicals as the man was sitting at the table. Only after she started Spring she asked the cast are getting in and move because the spray contained a chemical agent that have oxy in it. The only thing we ordered was a 12 piece chicken and 4 legs on the side total time we spent there was 53 minutes. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone won employee had no mask on other employees had mask however they weren't on their face it was on their neck none of them had gloves except for one employee. I ordered a 10 piece family now and we got all breasts and wings no legs no thighs or anything nobody notified us or anything. I am in a homeless shelter so I was unfortunately not allowed to come back and get my food replaced so I called the next morning. Don and Christina will really accommodating and nice and said they would replace it as long as I had my receipt which I did because I ordered it online. Came in to get my order because I was told they'd be there most of the day around 4:45. The manager on duty was really rude rolled his eyes at me was not very nice at all he told me I'm not doing that for you ! I showed him the receipt told him about the conversation I had with the managers on the phone earlier that morning and I told him he was supposed to replace my legs and biscuits and he rolled his eyes at me very rude didn't apologize or anything. I highly suggest being careful about coming to this Popeyes the other managers were really accommodating but this one was not at all. He looked dirty and gross and on top of that there has been ratings for cockroaches there I don't even know why I ordered here but we're homeless we have to...

Went at dinner waited politely for 30 min when this lady went to hand me the bag I was going to look through it to make sure it was all there and she grabbed it fast and said rudely “Don’t touch it till I tell you !!!” I stayed polite when she handed it to me I checked inside and the side of the bag ripped a little and she said rudely in front of everyone “don’t think your getting another bag because your not !” I checked my whole order and things were missing so I told her and she’s said loud and rude “your wrong check again “ I check and told her she waved her hand at me to say whatever and another girl came and looked and saw there was stuff missing and fixed it , the rude lady came back and said are u gone yet and I replied I just need 2 Mardi graw mustard sauces she said “no it’s not in your order you need to pay extra “ I said can I just get the right ones and u take back the wrong ones and she said “no we don’t do that here it’s your mistake !!” Horrible service , talked rudely and down to me if front of staff and customers , wrong food and sauce I would say she need to find a new...
