Unfortunately this location allows you to touch cooked bacon after working with raw bacon. My son was sent home from work because he witnessed a co-worker working with raw and cooked bacon simultaneously without now changing his gloves. Again unfortunately my son did the right thing and threw away the cross-contaminated bacon and he got sent home. Food cost seems to be much more important than food safety at this location. The information below is from the Iowa FDA Food and regulation Department
What is the most common cause of cross contamination?

Read moreI ate inside the restaurant on Friday night at around 6.00 PM on 2/24. It looks nice inside. However, after 20 minutes waiting for 2 combos, I asked about my food, only to find my order wasn't even up on the screen anymore. I then waited 10 more minutes while I heard the person at the front counter ask for my sandwich 3 times. After 30 minutes of waiting, my food was okay, but my wife's Whopper Jr with cheese that was supposed to have no onions and no pickles, instead had no tomatoes, no cheese, and did have onions and pickles. At this point we were in a hurry, so she ate it since we had already wasted 30 minutes. I tried to stay kind as I told the guy at the counter what had happened, and his response was "I'm working with new people". No apology, no offer to make up for it. To her credit, the lady that was working the drive thru did come up and say she was sorry for our experience. Unfortunately she seemed to be the only...
Read moreI stopped here on my way home from out of state this morning at 3:03 am 10/02/2025 and was greeted at the drive thru with rudeness. The person literally stated that they aren’t taking customers orders just DoorDash pick ups with an attitude. Literally no one was in the drive thru line but me. I asked how long will they not be taking orders and the woman replied again with an attitude saying, I don’t know. I honestly wasn’t going to order after I was greeted with the first statement. I was curious to ask just because I leave reviews on poor customer service. To the woman on the intercom if you did not want to work then you should’ve came to work. Remember how you treat customers is a reflection on the business that you obviously do not own. Take a customer service course especially if you are going to apply to work for a restaurant that...
