Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

So the young guy working the drive up window took our order told us to pull over and park and wait that it would take about 10 minutes 20 minutes later we pulled around and went in there’s our order in the Warmer he stated he told us to wait 10 minutes and get back in drive through line I informed he did not he then persisted to walk away mumbling under his breath and shaking his head would not give me his name or I would add it, I stepped around asked someone in back to get the manager , the manager could not refund my $ because I didn’t want to run back to my car to get my card but gave me a coupon for a free cheese bread an bread stick , there was also a homeless man there waiting and waiting for someone to take his order as this same guy walked away and would not take his order because he was paying for his order with change this man had more respect , was clean , clean cut, and told the manager the guy walked away I hope this man got his pizza for free , here deserved it , and little Caesars when you employ people like this you loose business , you have lost mine …. And by the way my cheese bread was not even warm by the time I got to my car , who ever owns this...

This store was great 2-3 years ago. As of 2023, it’s probably the worst run restaurant in council bluffs. Employees close the place an hour (or more) early frequently. When I call, it typically rings for several minutes before auto-hanging up. When I do get ahold of someone, they ALWAYS (and I mean always) put me on hold for an extended time, and/or just hang up. When I called on 7-15-23, they picked up and instantly hung up twice and the third time the (male) employee picked up and said “LITTLE CESARS. HOLD!” ..and then hung up.

I keep giving them chances once a month or so due strictly to low prices, but every time it is terrible and I don’t even end up getting a pizza! A few weeks ago we went through around 8:00pm on a Friday and were the only one in their drive through and the kid told me it would take “at least 30 minutes” for a single hot and ready. I’ve officially given up. It’s time to fire everyone, tear it down, and open a new location in another part of town.

Great prices and good pizza!!!!! If it's not ready to go when you get there, and you didn't call ahead or use the app, the wait for them to cook your pizza(s) isn't long. But it may seem like it if you're hungry because it just smells like good pizza in there....YUM!!! Plus if they have to make yours FRESH it'll still be hot when you get home!! Unless you live like 7 or more miles away.(Unless it's all interstate!!!) Plus they have sauces for their bread sticks, I use them to eat the çrusts, like a poor man's bread sticks. And my husband doesn't eat the çrusts at all so I buy 2 sauces. Ya know, because we buy 2 pizzas because they're such great prices. The sauces cost $.59. For those of you who are decemil blind that's 59 cents per container of sauce. They come in like 5-6 flavors so you can try them ' till you find your favorite one. It's only $.59, and there's more in there than you'd think. My personal favorite is buttery garlic. Makes the çrusts like garlic bread...
