Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

I love this sonic. I go here a lot. The only thing that I don't really like is anytime. I go through drive through midday. For whatever reason the people cannot hear you and so like I just went through drive through. I said it 4 different times that I wanted 2 route 40 fours and 2 large tots. And when I got to the window, I got 2 medium drinks and 2 medium tots. And I'm just gonna be honest, that's not cool. I said it like 4 times so that they wouldn't get it wrong. And it seems like they didn't care enough to actually change it to give me what I was wanting to order. And so I didn't see anything at the window, because I've done it before and people have gotten really upset with me, and so I just didn't want to go through that all over again. But like that's probably something that should be looked into, because if your customers are telling you something you're not give 'em what you order, that's frustrating, I really, really appreciate the sonic and I don't want to just be a complainer. I really love this sonic like. This is my favorite restaurant, fast food wise. In Council Bluffs, I love these guys. They're amazing. I see the night crew a lot. But for whatever reason that midday crew it, just they could do better cause the night crew...

If i could give this location negative stars I would. First off the girl who took my order had a huge attitude. Making me repeating my order several times before putting me on hold. It was one combo meal with one extra side. Simple and easy. It smelled like sewer really bad. Then they made my shake wrong it was supposed to be reeses peanut butter cup shake and she gave me just peanut butter. When i went to window to get it remade they handed me back the same shake with just a little reeses dust thrown and mixed in instead of remaking it. They kept trying to keep my receipt and also tried to say i didnt pay when i know i did but i had to get on my app and prove to her it went through. I could tell she was trying scam me for a second charge and thats why i went on my app and checked to see if it went through first before paying a second time. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT PAY WITH A CARD. This location is obviously really racist and very poorly run. Do not go here. Zero customer service, running scams, and frankly im shocked my food was even hot or right with the way i was treated. I’ve been coming here for over a month for the 2-4PM HH drinks. I have never had an issue until today. I sat in the line for over 12 minutes directly behind the car at the speaker. The car in front of me seemed frustrated while ordering with the individual over the speaker. I rolled up to the speaker a couple minutes before 4PM, when the worker Charles told me to hang on. He didn’t hop back on the speaker until again a couple minutes later. I asked if he would honor the HH timing because of the circumstances, he said I had to have the app in order to participate which I’ve never been notified of before at either Council Bluffs or Omaha locations. He proceeded to tell me that I should have never been allowed to have HH drinks even though I had a receipt with his name as cashier on July 25th ordering my usual… hands down upsetting interactions.
