I was having a rough start to my day, so I decided to treat myself with a cold brew. They were out of toffee nut, so I opted for no flavor. After ordering at this drive-thru, I realized I forgot my card at home. I told them this, getting ready to turn around. The kind barista told me they would get it for me, free of charge, because it’s Easter. I was already so grateful for this, as the day seemed to be going so wrong before. I'm rating a star because the past several times I've been here I've been doubled charged , waited in the drive thru for 20 min or longer , been given the wrong drink and then told by the cashier sorry my bad and never offered to remake what I paid for !! I'm glad spend a lot of money on my coffee a week only to get treated this way recently I'll take my money someplace who can take care of their customers .
