Today, my craving for a fresh and healthy smoothie led me to explore a local gem in Coventry, Rhode Island – "What's Shakin'." Nestled at 577 Tiogue Ave., this discreet protein shake and smoothie bar offers a diverse range of delectable shakes, teas, and smoothies.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Diego, a cool and friendly host, who generously let me sample some freshly crafted green smoothies. The "Green Goddess" and "50 Shades of Green" proved to be not only visually appealing but also refreshingly delicious. The former showcased a invigorating fruity essence, while the latter had a more potent minty flavor profile.

Opting to delve deeper into their offerings, I decided on the "Go Green or Go Home" drink – a high-quality smoothie crafted from fresh ingredients such as kale, spinach, pineapple, banana, and orange. I chose to have it blended with a mix of half water and half orange juice, making it more energizing. I gave this drink a 7 outta 10.

I worked for what's shaken few years ago and wanted to share how positive my experience was working for them Amy and Diego are the best bosses I have ever had and am so thankful to have had them for my bosses. I learned so much from working there and have been able to take that knowledge and grow from it and apply it to now my own business. Just feeling extra thankful today for having had the opportunity to work for what's shaken! Not to mention how amazing their shakes are.. natural and delicious. I love that their shakes are made with real fruit veggies juice and if you're feeling snacky you can also get something extra special like an Oreo shake. Can't say enough about this place! Coventry's lucky...

My favorite shake place around! One of my favorite things here is the brands they use. Many shake places around here use a brand that I don’t like (Herbalife) and they don’t use it here. They have a huge menu that’s so hard to decide from, with selections for calorie and allergy conscious customers. Upon request, they make your shake with water or milk (of which there are many milk options). They also use fresh fruit in select drinks. Very friendly, fast, and personable service. You are able to call ahead your order and it’s ready ice cold when you walk in the door. Clean and welcoming environment. They also have a good rewards system. I hope this place never leaves coventry! it’s a staple...
