I usually visit this establishment once a week during my lunch break, On 11/13/22 around 5:20pm I placed an order in drive thru and my order was ready in a timely manner, but unfortunately I did not retrieve my debit card. The next day I noticed an additional charge on my account. I called to inquire about the charge and my card. a young woman answered and when I was explaining the situation she was talking with someone who I assumed was the manager on duty. When I asked to speak to the manager the voice in the background said “No there is no manager here! and your card was not charged twice, and we don’t have any cards!” the woman finally gets on the phone and as i am explaining for the second time she admits to having my card in their possession. The woman continues to argue with me accusing me of lying about the additional charge. I immediately went down there and again am being accused of lying! she then walks away and I am told by another associate to sit down because it is going to take a while. At this point I am beyond frustrated! not only was I accused of being a liar but was also not given my debit card/my personal property back at my time of arrival!! I will not let this go!! and I expect for a MANAGER to handle this situation...

But last night my mom and I came and i wanted to substitute ham for sausage on the breakfast number 23 and previously having worked for Jack in the box for almost three years in bp , I asked to substitute sausage for ham and whatever woman was in charge told me I can't and even if they take the ham off they will still charge me for the sausage which is dumb because it wasn't like that when I worked there. So I didn't even order that I just ordered the #17 instead and was upset when I came to the window but this new guy there (don't remember his name but he was african American) totally made my day. Had my mom and I cracking up and was too cute and switched my day around and I continously told my mom that I'm gonna write a review about him because of how happy his customer service made us! Read moreThe manger and/or management team needs additional training in the area of employee scheduling and time management. I visited the dining area on 10/21 at 7:35am. I was acknowledged upon reaching the counter but had to wait several minutes before having my order taken. I quickly realized the delay was not the fault of the employee but because she was tasked with handling both window and counter traffic. I asked the employee if this was the case and she confirmed it was. She was doing the best she could, however this squarely falls on the shoulders of ownership and the entire management team.
