I hosted a party at Kids Empire on July 3rd, and it was such a huge disappointment!
I called this location beforehand to consult about what number of guests I should put on the online form. They told me over the phone that I can put an estimate of 60 first, and they will confirm the final number of guests with me 48 hours before the party. I sent them an email on July 1st, confirming my total number of guests would be 58 kids + 63 adults (see picture 1) but they still charge me a total of 60 kids + 65 adults, saying that I cannot subtract the number of guests.
I ordered the kids meal package. It says that I will have dedicated party leaders, but when I ask them about where I should get our tokens, they told me that I should not ask them but to go to the front desk myself.
My party started at 10:30 am, but pizza arrived at 11:30. All my 100+ guests waited an hour for the food to arrive, starving. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable.
My party hosts told me that there will be juice for every kid, but there was no juice at all for the entire 3 hours. WHERE is the juice???
My party package includes a moto circuit token for each child. Employee told me that they don't do tokens any more but flame card. With 60 children, she only gave me ONE flame card, which means that each child and his parents have to find me in that big crowd if they want to ride on the motorcycle. In the end, we just gave up and bought our own flame cards.
There was no invitation card of any kind.
My package includes ALL day park access which should be from 10 am to 10 pm on July 3rd. When my guests arrived at 10 am, an employee told my guests that they had to wait for my arrival. So I have to be there at 10? No one ever mentioned to me that the host has to be there early. When I arrived there at 10:30, at least 20 guests were already waiting in the lobby with their kids. Can you imagine how chaotic and impatient the guests were?!
Sadly, there was no big huggy at this location. My party hosts held up two palm-size Huggy dolls and danced by themselves without engaging the children in any kind of activities. Kids asked me where the dragon was, but I had no answer for them.
The goodie bag consisted of 1 single sticker + 1 party sunglasses. If I knew this was what I paid for, I would prepare something better.
30 mins prior to the end of the party, my party hosts informed me that all food needed to be gone. Then one of my party hosts held out a trash bag and stood over there, asking me to clean up all six tables of food.
With $2500 bucks, this was what I paid for... Without mentioning the many blind spots this location has, this party turned into a huge disaster! No, I do not recommend this location to all my guests nor will I...
Read moreMy recent visit to Kid Empire was nothing short of a nightmare, and I urge all parents to steer clear of this establishment if they value their children's safety and well-being.
My son's birthday celebration quickly turned sour as the staff at Kid Empire proved themselves utterly incompetent in managing disruptive behavior. Despite reports of bullying, physical aggression, and the use of vile language by another party's children, the staff turned a blind eye, allowing the chaos to escalate unchecked.
It was appalling to witness the blatant disregard for the safety and happiness of the children present. Instead of taking swift action to address the situation and remove the troublemakers from the premises, the staff seemed more interested in turning a profit than ensuring a safe environment for their patrons.
As a result of their negligence, four children from our group were left traumatized, forced to leave the celebration prematurely due to fears of additional physical aggression and name calling from the other party. My son's special day was utterly ruined, tarnished by the toxic atmosphere fostered by Kid Empire's gross mismanagement.
I cannot fathom how any establishment claiming to cater to families could allow such abhorrent behavior to thrive. Kid Empire has shown a complete lack of regard for the welfare of its customers, prioritizing profit over decency and common sense.
Save yourself the heartache and anguish by avoiding Kid Empire at all costs. It's clear that they care more about lining their pockets than providing a safe and enjoyable experience for children. And don't bother trying to call to express your concerns--there's no number to reach them, further highlighting their lack of accountability and transparency. Even if you manage to get through to a manager, they are powerless to rectify the situation, as the staff is evidently run by a bunch of young kids themselves. Shame on Kid Empire for failing miserably at the most basic duty of ensuring the safety of its...
Read morePeople working here are overcharging and are extremely rude!!!! Do not recommend this place.
Came to this place for a birthday party which included one parent and one kid. I brought my 3 kids. I wanted to pay regular price for my other 2 kids. They refused to let me pay regular price for my kids. The people at the front desk are extremely rude the manager a woman, yelled at us. I had to pay 39.90 for one extra child because we were going to be part of the party. Now that I see the receipt it states 2 kids when the women at the front stated it was the price to include one extra child for a birthday party. My husband and my third kid left the place. This people charged me as if I wasn't coming to a party. The women in the front desk are extremely rude. They are probably going to overcharge the people who had the birthday party as well!!! The women at the front desk stated she will not let us pay regular price because it was extra work for her to check that my other son will not be going to the party. Take your business...
