In December of 2018 my husband and I purchased a futon. In April we noticed that the cushion was not as comfortable as before I we could feel the springs when we sat down. One side was already tilted with no back support. I called Tina to ask her if she could help us out and replace it or fix the issue. She said that maybe she could do something about it. Took it to her and she had it for 2 weeks saying that the people that were supposed to replace it we're not going to accommodate us so she was going to give us a brand new one .Then meanwhile everything that came out of her mouth was just a lie she would repeat her stories it was ridiculous! Finally it came back to us. We still had to go pick it up and it was the same one wrapped up in a brand new box with plastic bags they did that to make it look like it was new but I realized I it was the old one that we had. Mean while she lied to me and said she replaced it with the new one because the company couldn't do anything about it. Her customer service is really bad she has caller ID when I would try calling her within those two weeks she wouldn't answer and when she did it was always the same story. Her husband or son that works with her would also lie for her, he even went as far as to say one time that I was calling the wrong number. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE after I purchased my furniture. False promises was made on delivery. They kept giving me the run around on the day it was suppose to be delivered until I showed up at the store 5 hours after the proposed delivery time. Told me the furniture was not going to be delivered that day, why couldn't you tell this to your customer over the phone or give a courtesy call so you don't waste someones entire day?!!? 2nd promise was that the furniture will be delivered on Monday mid afternoon. Noon comes around and I call to get an estimated time frame so that someone can be there to receive the furniture. Still no idea what the time frame was and said they would call me back and let me know. 4pm comes around and still no phone call. 7pm rolls around and I decided to call them since they close at 8pm. They then tell me that they just loaded the truck and is on the way there. ONE guy shows up to move a king side mattress, a love seat and a sofa, are you freakin kidding me?!?! When the hell does a paying customer have to assist your delivery guy to move the furniture into a house?!?

In addition to delivery furniture we purchased, they come late. We as customers should not deal with incompetence and lack of professionalism. Their store says they are open but they are not answering. Willing to change this 1 star rating if they make it right. But please be aware of purchasing furniture from here.
