Terrible drive thru customer service from "Ceci" a shift manager. On Saturday evening 10/5 I had a very unpleasant experience with her and one of the other employees. First, they gave me cup of soda halfway filled up, I didn't say anything, they pass me my food and closed the window, comes back to the window and asked me if I'm missing anything because I'm still at the window and I said, "yes, the strawberry shake and plain sundae" she leaves and brings back a watery shake, I don't say anything. She leaves the window and comes back and rudely tells me that she forgot to charge me the sundae so now I need to park, go inside to order because they have a long line. I said "No, please charge me the sundae" the employee and Ceci are now arguing with me, telling me they can't help me, that they can't charge me the sundae that I need to get off, and that I'm holding up the line. So, I said I'm not moving, charge me or give me the sundae for free. Ceci refused to do either and threatens me, tells me she's going to call the cops, and she can't believe I"M MAKING a big deal for an ice cream, I said "you are making this a big deal". Please keep in mind she's on the phone calling the cops and even had the nerve to ask me for my license plate while I have my two young children in the car, now they are scared. I stayed calmed didn't raise my voice didn't use foul language. I worked at McDonalds when I was in high school, so I know they are just trying to rush me out to manipulate the timer, and they wasted more time arguing with me, when they could've easily made their problem go away. Ceci mentioned it was just them working the drive thru, not my problem specifically when they have nasty attitudes. It doesn't end there; I finally leave because now I'm running late however, I pulled up to set up my gps, so I hear the car behind me asking what the problem was and Ceci proceeds by telling her "She wanted a free sundae". lol the nerve of this shift manager. What kind of employees do you expect to have when their manager has zero idea of how to do her job as a leader. The way she handled our situation was below average and not acceptable. A capable manager what had been able to easily charge me the sundae that they forgot to charge and get me out of there without a problem. Read moreI love the coffee here better than Starbucks but I can NOT STAND THE LADY manager at this location and from the looks of it neither can her employee's. My favorite is call in sick on Wednesday morning close the inside and only open Drive-Thru. This women does not know customer service. I have had two complications which could have been fixed with, "I am sorry let me give you a 99. Cent coffee for free." Instead she literally took the coffee and dumped it and said " I'm sorry our app isn't working." My reply, I come here 4 times a week, you can check my bank account always pay for my order and sometimes pay for the order in back of me can you please check to see if your app isn't working or I may have forgotten how to enter something, because even though I look absolutely normal I do have a brain injury and forget things. Her reply, "I'm sorry maybe one of the customers would like to pay for your coffee".
Do you realize how she tried to embarrass me by saying that? 😂 She has no idea.
I have been over charged by this location numerous times. Her reply word for word "I am sorry it is not our fault, it is your banks fault". My reply, My bank said, you or your staff entered this $10.39 breakfast order twice. Her reply. It will drop off in a few days. My reply. No it is been a week. Her reply, I am sorry it is YOUR banks fault.

But today I am angry because my husband daughter and I came to the drive thru we were in back of cars waiting for a long time. One car ahead of us on the opposite side cut us and the car in front of us. My husband offcourse got mad and got off to tell the lady to move and the daughter came out yelling at him so we got into an argument. Manager finally came out not sure for what when all she did was to let the lady who cut us all go through and kicked everyone else out including us. Now with this Covid thing McDonald's really needs to control that drive thru line because people are cutting other people. Today again October 30 the same thing happened to us a gray truck cut several of us cars. People are getting away with making no line and cutting people who are in line for long.
