Super Albert Fresh Mexican Food — Restaurant in Covina

The weight was ridiculously long in the Drive-Thru. After ordering my food I spent more than 15 minutes waiting for my food. And then I get my receipt and they charged me $2.25 for extra sour cream. I could buy a whole small container for $2.25. If you're going to charge more than $0.50 for extra of something then you need to let people know before they purchase it. Because if I'd have known that I would not even have purchased extra sour cream, I would have went to the store and got my own damn sour cream. That's outrageous and that's ridiculous. I will not be back cuz I don't like to be overcharged when it simply cost them. Maybe $0.50 for the sour cream. I also think $3.99 is too much for a taco. I definitely won't be back. I definitely won't be back the food was good but the service was terrible and the prices are ridiculous. $30 for carne asada fries, a taco and a drink....

Edit 11/01/2021 - Thought I would try this place again after 9 months, but just as disappointed as I was from previous visits. I ordered Super Fries and was shocked when they charged me $15.87 for my order. Nearly $16 for barely average order of fries with carne asada! I am seeing that prices have been inflated everywhere, but this is over DOUBLE THE COST. Absolutely not worth it. I'll back to my regular go-to up the street at Sr. Alberto's.

We stopped here last night (10/20/21) on our way home. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, kids nachos, and kids chicken nuggets. There was NO CHEESE in the quesadilla and they didn’t drain the chicken before adding it! The container looked like soup! The nachos looked horrible, like a small child threw it together. When I got to the window, they said their soda machines were not working so they offered us “water,” then asked what flavor I wanted. When I asked for clarification, she said they had horchata and hibiscus. I asked for bottled water instead and was told they don’t have it. Since my kids won’t drink the hibiscus or horchata, I told her no thank you. They refused to give me any money back for the sodas since it was part of the two kids meals.
