Hardee’s — Restaurant in Covington

Went and purchased me the #1 combo I had it once before it was delicious so thought I would try it again. Bad decision.The worse hamburger I have ever had in my whole life I can't even explain the disgusting taste in my mouth it was hard like it had been sitting there for days I'm biting spitting it out biting spitting out trying to find the perfect bite never did find that bite. At this point I'm mad and start calling the store of course no one answered in my mind I felt like they knew it was me because who would give out food like that because I'm a regular but I want be returning because I been in bed sick vomiting feeling like I was about die for 6 days from that poisonous hamburger still can't keep nothing on my stomach and they still want answer Took photos of the burger because when I opened it it looks like it had something living in it like it had bad breakout but guess what it want let me post them smh shame on you Hardee's and the employee s that hand me that bag in...

I have been to this location 3 times in the last 3 weeks. My experience has been less than good. The first 2 times my sandwich was incorrect and needed to be remade. I ordered an Angus burger and received a Frisco burger, the next time I asked for no Mayonnaise and the burger had mayonnaise, there was something on the bun that looked like milk. The third time I had a coupon for the double star burger. I wanted the burger, fries and drink. It would be nice to have a make it a combo price to go with the burger. My order with the $4.49 coupon was $10.13 with burger, fries and drink. The combo price with tax would have been $10.83. The price difference for the burger was $4.49 vs $6.69. Total $10.13 vs $10.83. If there is no real difference in the price, what is the point of the coupon. Hardee's, please add a combo price when purchasing a sandwich so the coupon makes sense and I don't have to write reviews like this to point out why I'm the only person eating at...

The reason for the lower score is simply due to a single change that was recommended by an employee to meet my wife's preference for a breakfast item that has caused nothing but issue almost every time we go, but also let me find out about a store or company policy that allows for no changes at the drive thru, even if it is their mistake. So my choice for their mistake was go around again (Drive thru) or go into the store.......I actually witnessed the guy before me have to do this. Now I understand if you try to add or change a bunch of things at the window, but you didn't listen to my order (1 instead of 2 items) and you didn't provide a price, which would of clued me in to the mistake before I got to the window and eliminated the issue, then you refused to do anything about and can only cite a policy that really probably does not happen that often and is not really customer friendly.
