I asked the girl at the window why so high," or if it would save me few bucks to make it a kids meal?. she just stared at me, proceeded to shut the order window, turn around and talk to a girl preparing drinks. That girl persisted in hand throw / toss my kids' drinks in my hand as to act like this was an accident, as they hit the ground, then got mad like it was my fault. She told me to pull forward stormed away. I dont understand what the management is teaching their staff, but wow, they need to learn some customer service and respect . not to get mad if someone asks a question about price or ? Asking a question on how to save a couple of bucks seems normal. Read moreI've hesitated to write a review on this McDonald's location in order to give management the opportunity to work the bugs out that naturally come with a new store. Enough, however is enough! This location continues to be plagued with broken equipment, particularly the Smoothie and Shake machines. It has gotten so bad that I normally call in advance to see if the machines are working. Tonight, Saturday at 7:40 p.m., the drive-thru line was extremely long and not moving. I noticed that the second lane was closed and blocked by a cone. After 10 minutes of sitting still, I decided to get out of line and go inside. It was 7:50 and the doors were locked. I truly feel sorry for the employees. The store is clearly understaffed and I'm sure the staff that is working suffers from the wrath of fed up customers. I guess it's back to Arby's...
