The new "loyalty program" is absolute crap. And I went to this location to get double points, I'm a regular. And it went as usual, she asked for my loyalty number, I paid. Okay, I get my drink. And then she says to redeem your points now, you have to have the app. Okay, cool. Drive off. No text confirming my purchase, giving me a copy of my receipt, telling me how many points I earn, nothing. So I go on my app. It says I have to have the app to earn them and that she souldve asked me for a code, not my phone number. So I went to this pjs, my regular one, specifically for the double points day event, and she made it to where I get zero points. Oh, and they upped the amount of points you have to redeem for certain items. On top of it all, now the points expire. So. I'm done with pjs. And the girl working the drive through tonight, the night of February 5th, 2025. Get your stuff together. Because that is not right. It's supposed to be double points.
