Snow Palace — Restaurant in Covington

The staff was friendly and there are a bunch of flavors to choose from, One being redbull which i thought was original. However i wouldn't personally say this is the best place... They really should add sweetened condensed milk aka cream for the snow cones to the menu. Ive never been to a snow cone place that didn't serve this as an option but Snow Castle does not. Also they should look into a shaved ice machine insted of the blended ice they are using which makes a slushie type consistency/texture or has clumps of ice instead of the snowy type ice we all love so much. If they do have a shaved ice machine thats suppose to make the fluffy snowy ice then its broken and definitely time to do some mantainance on it. Anyway as far as a recommendation its ok if you're right there by it and dont feel like driving a bit further to Hawiian Ice in florence where I feel has the best snow...

I used to rave about Snow Castle BUT the Last two times I have been I have waited OVER 30 min in line to wait another 20 min or more for actual sno cones. They have very young girls working who spend the whole time on their phones. They barely speak to you.
