Wow! If I could give no stars I would! Not because of selection or pricing, but because of the lack of customer service and how rude the cashier was today,
I walked in at 30 minutes till they close and she immediately and abruptly told me they were closing in 30 minutes. Never gave a proper greeting, a hello, absolutely said nothing, but they closed in 30 minutes.
At 5:40, she began turning lights off in the store, at 5:45 she told people they were closing in five minutes. You could hear her telling people that she’s leaving. She’s out of there. A woman walked in at 10 till and she told her that they were closed.
She was with an older woman with long bluish/gray hair. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in an extremely long time and that saying a lot because I am in retail.
My first experience at this store was with Mary Beth, who was absolutely amazing! It is very sad for me to see that this is the level of customer service which they now have at this location now.
I did not appreciate how she treated any of the consumers in the store. Get out of the business if you cannot provide excellent service.
I have been in many, many times since my first visit and always, always, always had a wonderful experience. I will...
Read moreNo children under 13. I was told this and that I couldn’t enter with my son. Also, I tried to purchase two pairs of gloves ( in 2019) and was told I can only purchase one. It was said in a very rude way. Super confusing to me. Why would I not be able to buy two pairs of gloves if I have two members that need them? There are so many other great thrift stores in the area. Sad that this one is so close to my home and I always leave there frustrated.
For the person explaining about kids tearing up the place in the past, have you been inside??? Do you realize there is very little to tear up? Why punish the parents who wouldn’t let their children do that and don’t want to get childcare to go buy things they need. When running a charity organization that helps people, moms are great people to help. But you have to help us out as well and give us the benefit of the doubt. Grumpy people made this rule and it’s their loss. I run a costume business that used to give them lots of money. It’s obviously made lots of people angry. I hope you rethink this or with the way the neighborhood is growing,...
Read morevery high pricing . especially for used items i bought a sweater for $10 that’s riddled with holes . not just one hole , like 5-6 holes in a knit sweater that i unfortunately didn’t see until i had already bought it . tried to come back today and find another brown sweater to match a certain outfit , and i found one got it all the way to the front and thank god i thought to look it over bc it had a HUGE hole about a foot long on the back panel … this jacket was also priced at $15.00 paying $15.00 for something i’d have to have repaired is insane . not to mention the older lady employee with white hair that would rather just ram my infant sleeping in his stroller with a return cart , than use her manners and say “excuse me”?, it’s so easy to have manners and just say excuse me i don’t have eyes in the back of my head to see behind me while i’m browsing. i probably won’t give this place...
