I wish I could give this store a 0 star rating. Upon arriving to the store, both the associates were outside of the store smoking weed. I guess since we interrupted their smoke sesh they decided they were going to be rude from the get go. We needed assistance bc my mothers lifeline government phone isn’t charging- she has no income. Neither one of the ladies wanted to deal with us, they were extremely rude, nasty and short answered when we asked questions. The associate literally stated “she doesn’t know because she pays for her phone”. Obviously taking a jab at my mother who has no income and on lifeline assistance. So sorry to kill your ladies buzz and make you actually do some work while on the clock. I havent been here in a very long time. I dont know what its like right now. When i did go. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was great. I had no issues with the service. The only issues i had was the phones i got. I dont think its crickets issue. Its just the phones in general. I didnt have the money at the time to afford a decent phone at the time. So i basically got what i paid for. Just like now i wanted to return now to get service. But was informed that it would cost me about a $100 to get new service. Even with bring my own phone. I just dont have the money at this time to do that. Would highly recommend to friends...

If there was a zero star or negative stars I would give them I would. Worst place ever do not go there, went there to add 3 lines a couple months ago. They said they don't qualify for free phones even though they were porting over there numbers.
