My first complaint isn't a big deal to some but to me it is because I do not like people touching my things, but to start out it took so long for the cashier to check me out because she had to keep paying to check her Snapchat right infront of me, would zone out and ask what she asked me before she checked her phone again,twice. Then reference to my first complaint comment when the card reader for tap to pay wasn't working I was going to just try another card that I had on tap to pay when she grabbed my phone out of my hand and started trying to get it to work(she may be been trying to be helpful but) you never take somebodies phone without confirming that it's okay with them that you touch it at all. So between those two things my mood was kinda annoyed but trying to brush it off,until I get my food and divide I'll eat in and two bites into some fry it starts to smell like someone is smoking a cigar in the store.. so natural I began looking around because it was making me nauseated when I lock eyes with one of the kitchen crew with the enter door open standing in the doorway smoking a cigar and immediately was confused to why he felt that was acceptable. The smell ruined the idea of eating in so I took my food to my far to finish my lunch. And ima be honest I normally do not even bother doing these but to have my lunch ruined because of the nauseating smell of cigars being smoke basically in the lobby I was honestly annoyed beyond belief. And before you say it ye I know it's fast food and many people would assume that's just how it is but it being fast food shouldn't make any employee working there not take there job seriously and be more curious and maybe not smoke in the doorway blocking...
Read moreEach visit gets worse. I don't eat this grub, my kids love it, and unfortunately they get it frequently. When I pull up to the speaker I put that car in park, because I know it's going to be a while before they even take my order, then a while before they "understand" my order. Then I get to the window and put it in park, because I know it's going to be a while to get my food. If the drive thru is empty I expect 15+ minutes to get my food and leave, add 15+ for each car ahead. Aside from that.. why do they lack common sense here? No offense, of course. For example.. I once ordered a Jr. Bacon biggie bag, and the employee asked me,"do you want the whole bag or just the burger?" Then another time the employee said,"go ahead with your order," so I did. Then they immediately interrupted me with,"hang on hang on. Ok start over." So, I repeat my order, at the window I learn they put two of the same meals on my order because when they said "start over," which means starting my order anew, they actually doubled my order. I get there are rough days, but this is consistently EVERY SINGLE TIME. Maybe start drug testing regularly. I can understand dumb stuff occasionally, I can't understand dumb stuff 100% of the time. Seems minimal I know but understanding words is 100% part of customer service. I don't want my drive thru order to be a puzzle or riddle every time...
Read moreIf you want someone to smile, acknowledge you are human, and thank you for your business this is not the place for you. Staff is consistently unfriendly at every visit, including management. The district manager is apparently incompetent, as the behavior of the staff has not changed for at least a year. The staff will not issue a receipt to you unless you specifically request one .the staff will not greet you in a friendly manner. The staff will not thank you for your business. Food is ok, though if you request something to be added or removed from your meal it will most likely not happen. Frequently some of the staff will be outside of the building socializing while a line forms around the building and orders back up. This Wendy's epitomizes poor customer service.
Update: 10/30/21 Cold food. Rude employees. Wrong drink. No napkins. No condiments. No receipt. Every. Single. TIME. You need an whole new staff and district manager. Go look at the Google reviews of your restaurant. Search for mine from 2 years ago. Nothing has changed and it isn't getting...
