Kind of hard to give a good review when you are getting rude stares and looks from the baristas when you're having a good time laughing with your friends.
I came here with my girlfriend and my friend and his boyfriend. My friend and I both had our service dogs, both are well trained and preform mobility tasks for us and PTSD tasks.
For starters we weren't even greeted when we came in. Which that's fine, it looked as if a girl with black hair was training a new blonde girl.
They took our orders quickly, and it took around 5 mins to get our coffee not bad on time! It wasn't super busy.
We get our coffees and sit on a comfy bench next to the door. We're there for around ten mins before we are asked to move, so the entry can be "dog free." For reference both of us had our dogs under our legs pressed against the bottom of the benches, completely out of the way.
I will also mention my friends and I were laughing and having a good time, so if the issues was our noise my apologies on that front but to be asked to move because my SERVICE dog was the issue is completely uncalled for. They weren't in the way and were laying down calmly behaving preforming the tasks they are trained to perform. We had about six customers walk past us, even children and never once did either of our dogs move make a sound or anything....

The older lady employee (owner I believe) essentially told my dil to āquiet him down, that there were other patrons in there!!!!ā Mind you, he wasnāt crying, upset , etc. just a 3 year old excited to get ice cream!! Not to mention, there was another toddler about his same age, that was twice as loud as himā¦. So my dil and grandson went and sat outside, alone bc this bully woman obviously had a bad day!!!! We have been there many times, but that was our last⦠I will put this all over social media and on any review I canā¦. My dil and son are both professional and upstanding local citizens and did not deserve this attitude!!! You just lost 4 loyal customers, and anyone else I can get this thru to. I can only pray your small business goes under sooner rather than laterā¦if I had been there on this trip, we all would have had hurt feelings⦠get in your $200,000 cyber truck and head back to Cali⦠or wherever the hell you came from, Cowpens donāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave a 2 because the girls were welcoming. I have never had a frappe that had coffee grounds mixed in it until just now. I threw it away as soon as I stopped at Starbucks. I am sure this establishment is welcoming to some people but the energy I got from what I will assume are the owner/s sitting in the corner, was that establishment wasnāt here for melanated skim. While I am mixed and light skin, my daughter is darker complexion. So when she looked at me and said āI donāt feel comfortableā, she took the keys to wait while I waited for my order, one of the older men (65 yes old) started barking of some sort. Honestly we should have walked out immediately because we felt it instantly walking in, but I believe in giving a chance since I didnāt see bad reviews with us...
