Circle Inn — Restaurant in Crafton

We only recently went for the second time ever (first time some time last year) and it was perfect! Dan went above and beyond doing it all, he really was the man. He offered fantastic service, had a great attitude and personality. You gotta love waitstaff that know what they're doing and do it with a smile. I know it's not an easy job. Anyway, the beers on tap are fresh, good selection and more importantly, the food is delicious. I got a cheesesteak sandwich and partner got their MacDaddy burger, both were SO YUM!!!! My only issue was the seasoning on the fries, I detest Old Bay seasoning 😬 I feel bad complaining about that. I'm boring with my fries, a little salt usually does it for me or artery clogging mayonnaise 🤭 Anyway, that is not enough to keep us away, totally cannot wait to try more of the things on their menus. I have a group of friends that likes to attend karaoke here on Thursdays. I go for the people and the DJ. Over this past year, I’ve brought a bunch of business and new people to the bar, always recommending it to people because of the fun that karaoke brings. However this bar has started screwing us over. The keep canceling karaoke last minute without making an announcement or anything. I’ve wasted gas and time because they’re too worried about football games. Last time I brought a group of people there, karaoke was cancelled due to a football game, but it was dead as hell in there anyways. I’m going to find somewhere else to take my business if they keep screwing us over. The Circle Inn doesn’t know how to handle their business and are screwing over...

I don't even know where to start. I think my server/bartender's name was Miss? or Missy? She might be the most unpleasant person I have ever encountered as a guest in any establishment. She was clearly VERY drunk- I'm not one to complain. I think staff should be able to enjoy a drink or two to deal with customers but this woman was sloppy and falling all over the place. Her attitude was absolutely unnecessary. And hearing her talk badly about her coworkers also just gave off a nasty energy. I'm trying to enjoy the game, eat some food and catch a buzz... not listen to this trainwrecks gossipy garbage about employees that are clearly better at their job. I really wanted to enjoy Circle Inn... Miss Missy really just ruined...
