Noah was very pleasant when he took our order. We were dining in but that was not so pleasant. We waited 25 minutes and still no food. 3 people left because no one was waiting on them and orders were still coming in. They filled door dash orders before eat in orders. Brian said that they had to go in order of how they come in. Our order was before the door dash one but the girl was there for the door dash orders. There was also another man who had been waiting for some time as well. I finally at about 27 minutes asked for my money back. There was a drive through order that was waiting and I guess it was about 32 minutes because the one worker was having a fit that his order was still not out to the drive thru. I was trying to get a refund another person came in, not sure if he was waiting in the drive thru for his order or not but he said it was ridiculous and uncalled for. I understand that people have to start somewhere but you don't work all new employees on the same shift. Brian the shift supervisor gave me my refund and my husband said that it was ridiculous and he started to get very loud with my husband saying that this is how we run things. Door dash orders go out first Brian said. He honestly looked absolutely clueless about everything going on which is sad if you are a supervisor. And after seeing all the comments how is this person still employed. That is very upsetting. I was standing there waiting at the counter 10 minutes before I asked for my refund and our food was in the window and had been for quite sometime I was told but no one gave it to us because it was not the next in the line of orders. Just not a very pleasant experience. Will not be returning to this restaurant especially seeing people leave and others getting upset about the wait time for a fast...
Read moreI’m not usually a person who complains but this is the third time this has happened. I ordered a meal and a small order of jalapeño bits with 2 bronco berry sauce. The first time it happened I just said oh well and forgot about. The 2nd time I caught the omission of the bronco berry sauce because I’ve been checking the order before I leave the parking lot. I went back and got my sauce and made a bit of a fuss. Today I was in a hurry to get home and didn’t think to check the order. When I got home I checked the order and no bronco berry! I decided I would call and go back to get my sauce (20 miles round trip!) by the time I got back home everything was cold and greasy. The manager i spoke to on the phone apologized but the attitude of the employees was nothing. No I’m sorry or anything. Read moreI went at like 9:20 when they closed at 10 and had stated that they couldn’t serve fries because they were cleaning their fryers (which obviously I know it has to be done but I didn’t realize it would be that early) so that was a little disappointing but once we pulled up to the window Brian was very unprofessional and looked like he wasn’t sure what he was doing. I get that people have frustrating days but from the looks of other comments this isn’t the first time. I also got a milkshake which was not mixed in the slightest from him and the poor girl working with him just seemed so defeated and over it.
