had an extremely upsetting experience at Chick-fil-A due to the unprofessional and hostile behavior of an employee named Elizabeth Anderson. From the moment I walked up to the counter, she was rude and dismissiveânot just toward me as a customer, but also toward her own manager and coworkers. Her attitude was aggressive and completely out of line for any customer service setting.
What shocked me the most was when she threw the bag of food at me instead of handing it to me properly. This behavior was completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and frankly, humiliating. It made me feel unwelcome and disrespected in a place that usually prides itself on kindness and hospitality.
Even her manager and teammates seemed uncomfortable with her actions and tried to maintain professionalism despite her outbursts. I donât know what caused her to act this way, but it was clear that she had no interest in doing her job with basic decency or respect.
I strongly urge Chick-fil-A management to address this issue immediately. No customer or coworker should ever be...

While me and my family and I were there, we ordered something off the breakfast menu, and we're happy. BUT when we ordered the sauces, the front lady wasn't very nice. We asked how many sauces we could get, which is a very normal question, and she responded in an extremely rude and sassy tone. "HOWEVER MANY YOU WANT!"
