Very disappointed,used to be my favorite place.I’ve been coming here a few times a week for a long time . My problem is that they don’t know their own menu,they are not talking to each other,when you order something by the time it reaches the cashier to pay, you order one thing and you get charged for another thing ,or sometimes they charge you double for the same thing.For them a bigger plate means something else because you get less ,even though you point to them that the order is wrong and is missing something,they don’t get it.They prefer to argue with you then fix their mistake.Today was the worst day coming to this place ,when a new guy ,a tall guy that I never saw working in this place ,treated me very disrespectful and that is because I told him that he did my order wrong ,because he forgot a few things to add.I repeated to him what I order and he started yelling at me out of the blue that ,if I don’t like what he did put in my order ,to leave the place and buy food from other places.Its unbelievable,he gets my order wrong and he gets mad because I didn’t accept it like that ….Obviously I lost my cool , and I put him in his place but it wasn’t enough for him ,he started yelling in front of everyone that if I’m not happy to leave the place,because he will not give me my food .If you work in this industry and you don’t know what customer service means,and you are disrespectful like that ,towards customers ,pretty much it’s a recipe for disaster and you wonder why so many places are closing. Lack of respect towards the customer ,and no consistency in their customer service and the quality of food .This will draw less customers to this place in special because of the bad attitude coming from a new guy that just started working there . When you deal with somebody that it’s listening to reply not to understand and in the top…. is yelling at me ,the customer,it’s already a lost cause ,that guy should be fired on the spot .One more thing ,you have to remind them every single time for those fortune cookies ,because they don’t bother giving you any ,even though they are coming with every order …..you have to ask for them ,because they don’t bother to do the extra effort to give you...

Broccoli cooked perfectly. Service was good, quantity was minimal in small container considering high price; and unfortunately, I was expecting chicken breast meat, as what is typically supplied ordering from other restaurants' menus. Was served thigh meat, which I never eat, some pieces looked "fatty." I did not consume more of the meat after first bite, realizing I was served dark meat. Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I would! My sister order food from here and had been eating When she got to the middle of the rice she found a long strand of hair. When she took it back they threw her plate away and only replaced her rice saying the other food was “gone” words from the manager. I went to tell them that it isn’t her fault hair was in the food and they need to replace the portion of the food she DID NOT FINISH. People come to these places and spend their hard earned money to receive BS then the places don’t want to fix...
