D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Cranston

I love D'Angelo's but not this one. The people are rude, unprofessional and lack business skills of any kind. I placed an order online, but they had it wrong when I arrived to pick it up. That would have been fine, mistakes happen, but they were completely pissed at me, that it had to be remade. Then after that mistake was poorly handled and it was time to pay, they gave me the wrong price, which I questioned. They told me they had remake the sandwich, do it was a new order. Online But I had used a coupon. Then said online messes up all the time. I said, I have the coupon in my email, they told me the coupon did not exist, do I showed them my email from D'Angelo's WITH THE COUPON . They still said it didn't apply, no matter what the email said and refused to honor the price the coupon and web site gave me. They were rude and loud. The check out girl, the make supervisor and even the horrible and insulting sandwich maker which was yelling from the grill, that they didn't have to honor coupon or prices that were given online and the coupon was wrong. It was humiliating and I told them to keep the order and I left. I have received emails at least a couple of times a week from D'Angelo's and used them as several other D'Angelo's locations with no trouble at all. I will never return !!!!! They should not work with public...

I order from d Angelo's 4or5 times a week I ordered sandwiches they came messed up I called back immediately saying that they were messed up they told me that the delivery driver already left Which was a complete lie cause he just pulled out of my driveway And I take could not bring my sandwiches to me I asked to speak to a manager She told me see what's the manager I asked to speak to somebody that was over her she told me nobody was besides the area manager Nat was nothing she could do she would not be bringing my sandwiches to me Then she started talking to me like I was slow and didn't comprehend So now I have no sandwiches in they have my money and they basically told me to screw Needless to say the Angelo's will not be getting my business anymore This service sucks they screwed up my whole order in would not bring me anything back If this is the way that the Angelo's on reservoir ave in Cranston does business it ruins the reputation for old...

I placed a phone order from here yesterday for my lunch and had major issues! they said they didn't get that order.. then it took forever for the girl to try to find my order which she couldn't. I only had 40 minutes for my break and stood there and waited about 25 extra minutes to wait for then to make my sandwich that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes when i got there so I would have 20 minutes to eat but instead had no time to eat because I waited forever!
