Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cranston

We have never had a bad experience at this location before. After spending over 24 hours with my grandmother at the hospital we figure our fastest option for dinner was Little Caesars. We got there a half an our before closing. My fiancè orders a "hot and ready pizza", and is told the only pizza they have is cold and they can't make pizza, no explanation what so ever. Isn't the point of this place is the fact that they sell hot pizza, quickly? I would have been more understanding if there was some sort of explanation. If they appologized and said, "The oven is off", I'd understand... you know what, if they lied and said they ran out of dough, that would be okay too. I get it, things happen, but no explanation is frustrating. We have both worked in food service before, I have never had a manager tell me to close up shop and stop selling specific foods whenever I want. If you're open until 10, you should at least be serving until 9:50. Thanks for adding more aggravation to our already frustrating day. I am not expecting 5 star service at a cheap pizza place, just expecting what they offer and advertise. This establishment isn’t even deserving of the one star I am FORCED to give in order to leave this review. Please, for the love of God, tell me how this place is still in business?! I’ve ordered from here (all delivery) on 4 separate occasions, ALL 4 times spent over $35 and ALL 4 times I never ONCE received the marinara that COMES WITH THE CRAZY COMBO! The 3rd time I ordered from there, I added an EXTRA marinara sauce on the side thinking that if anything, I would AT THE LEAST get ONE… right?! WRONG! We ordered last night and of ALL 3 sauces including a ranch dip, we received NOT A SINGLE ONE!! The worst part is, the delivery guy told us he asked 2 employees MULTIPLE times prior to leaving the store if all the items the customer ordered were there and they answered ‘YES’! You guys. Seriously. Not to mention, I called lord knows how many times just to address the carelessness on their part, NEVER ONCE got an answer. This is unacceptable. this place is poorly manage and horrible. The customer service is the worst, not a hey welcome to little cesars or hi thank you for coming in today how may we help you, it's more like what do you want or yeah, that's it? ghetto rap music in the background, for a chain to be in one of the most thriving cities in Rhode island that's horrible service, they never have enough pizza, or it's cold overcook leftover, the CEO that passed away would be ashamed, the managers should be fire, kids wearing goodies looking like they walk from the street, you can see a dirty mop in sight.
