Dairy Twirl — Restaurant in Cranston

I work for a company that spends a lot of money dining out so I try to always support local businesses. In this case, I brought 5 of my clients with me to enjoy a beautiful day outside and buy ice cream this day. I put the umbrellas on the tables up for some shade, as these folks have disabilities and photosensitivity. I'm not sure if the person working this day was in a horrible mood, but he was upset by the umbrellas being up. After I promised I would put them back down (and did) he still seemed very annoyed, saying he's already lost umbrellas. Even coming outside and glaring at us! With the cost of everything going up, and with so many options available, customer service means more to me these days. His demeanor and attitude around the situation was unnecessary. I'd say go somewhere where you feel your money and...

DOES NOT CLOSE AT 10PM. I don't care if Google says 10 pm or not it doesnt matter if the owners themselves said it's 10pm. I was denied service at 9:52, I come here at least twice a week for lemonade but ill drive the extra couple of miles to the dels on Oaklawn Ave and will get ice cream from sundaes. This place could be a 10 second walk from my house and I would still travel to get better service. Please change your hours on google if you aren't planning on being open until the stated time or at least update your social media page. I checked both before coming out and was disappointed when I was denied service 8 minutes...

The owner and his son are lovely but one of the workers is just straight up rude. I came in and ordered two scoops of strawberry cheesecake and it was great. Also a doughboy Sunday and I asked for cake batter with no chocolate syrup. And some how I got cookie dough and a ton of chocolate. The girl taking my order was also rude first taking the person behind me first then when it was my turn yelling behind me that she could take the next person until I stepped up and said hi. Lovely shop but that girl just overall soured...
