I wish I could give less of a star. The service there was horrible!! I don't understand how this place works. I came in and explained that I needed a fill and they said that it would be a little wait. I saw there was people ahead of me but when I see two people come in and a person who was working on acrylics goes and tends to them when they're getting pedicures and I was there first, I find it irritating to me. The girls were on FaceTime while they're working on their customers and talking about drinking and passing out before coming to work and even telling a customer they should bring a bottle of Hennessy to work so they can drink after? I find that disturbing and seriously unprofessional. And after waiting for an hour and the manager starts to notice I'm still there, he asks who's going to do my nails and I asked how long was this wait going to be (after being there for an hour) and they told me it would be another 45 minutes because she took someone new (someone who came in after me) (and a drinking buddy) and the other girl told me that she was going to take the girl next to me (also new person after I came in) I cannot even begin to compare the horrible service I got because I NEVER got horrible service like this from ANYWHERE!! From now on, I can wait if my go to nail salon is closed, that just taught...

I was shown the list for the packages and the services that were offered and I was getting a pedicure and a fill on my nails and also treating my cousin to a pedicure for her birthday. I chose the $50 pedicure for her and I. When I got finished with my hands in my feet, I went to pay for my services come to find out that pedicures if you get a gel polish is $75 and also gel polish for your fill is $75. What they neglect to tell you or show you on their price list is that there is a $25 extra charge if you want gel nail polish I feel this is very deceitful because they should let people know. It’s so tiny at the bottom of the paper that you cannot see it. That’s not good customer service when you go to someone new to have your manicure pedicure done Make sure you read the print or ask questions so you’re not caught off guard thank you! Never again will I be caught off guard...
Read moreSo disappointed in this place. I was going there for about 4 months prior to the salon undergoing new ownership. I went back 3 times after and each time the nail techs have been rude and tried to be dismissive. Although the experience wasn’t relaxing, I went back because in the end I was typically happy with my nails, until this last time. I was charged an extra fee for an acrylic removal…. I did not have acrylic on my nails, it was dip. Then was rushed into choosing a color. They didn’t not have the 2 I initially chose. And then the tech had an attitude because I asked for an extra coat of polish as is not opaque on 2 coats (bubble bath). And now one week later I’ve had 3 nails chip…not only the gel polish but the clear dip under resulting in me having to cut my nails.
Really disappointed in the service and quality of nails after the change...
