On Sunday night (7:30 on a rainy night), 4/30/23, I ordered 2 large pizzas- one with 2 toppings one with 5- and 3 cannolis- at the Cranston location on my way home back to Barrington. When I got home around 8 PM, I opened both pizza boxes. One was fine, and then other one was burnt and INEDIBLE! I immediately called the store and talked with a guy and explained the situation. He told me they were closed Monday, so I told him I would bring the pizza, untouched, on Tuesday for a monetary refund.

Fast forward to Tuesday, I brought the untouched pizza with the receipt into Fellinis, where the manager came over to me and asked me, "what's up?" I explained the situation to her. She told me she could not give me a refund because the till would be messed up because, "it was a different operational day." She said she would give me store credit.

I told her I paid cash and I wanted my cash back because my pizza night was over Sunday night. I also explained to "Stacy," that I was a food service manager and all she had to do was refund my money and put a slip in the till stating how much she refunded me and her till balance would be on point at the end of the night. She refused pushing the store credit. She was very rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I said the word "damn" once during our conversation and she started yelling at me, said she was going to give me the refund stating, "Im giving you the refund to get you out of the store." She was literally pounding the buttons on the register and then have me back my $30.00. She then said, "you said the F word multiple times," which I never did.

This whole situation was uncalled for, CRAZY UNNECESSARY and unprofessional. Not only did the pizza leave a BAD TASTE in my mouth but the way I was MISTREATED was FAR WORSE at Fellini's. NEVER AGAIN,...

A Saturday at 6:30pm, 2 people, no line or wait to seat, open tables but overall 80% full house. People working there were quick, fast, which at first was nice but then realized it was more that they were frantic, haphazard and extremely rushing. To start, drink menus were needed back ASAP despite no one other than the hostess needed them and they stacked up at her stand. Plates were very quickly rallied by folks. On food, I asked for mushrooms to be added to a slice but told that's against health code or something to that effect and she (waitress) "wouldn't want me doing that" now would I? Huh? Eating mushrooms not fully cooked is something that can cause health issues? Anyway, next - a pizza place should have the staples on the table: red pepper, parmesan, salt, pepper, and/or do a check-in on food after it comes "would you like some pepper for the salad? Parmesan for the pizza?" Asked for pepper, got it quickly but it was a small shaker of pepper, no salt shaker but okay. Each of us (2) had salads and then each a slice of pizza, had 3 different people bustle us through the experience. Pizza was floppy but it's a personal choice of preferred style of crust. I like crispy. The presentation of the Caesar Salad was creative. Pic here. Oh, and super cramped aisle space. The 4 top table next to us had their pizza on a stand and passers-by's stomachs and backsides grazed over their pizza. It was pretty gross that they, the people at the table didn't notice nor anyone else. The fresh pizzas look great but at $26 average price point for a few ingredients (most were non-proteins, Margherita style, etc) is steep. Will go back, but sit at the...

we went to fellini pizzeria yesterday 5-28-16 after walking around gaspee days craft show . we were the first people to sit out side and have our order taken , we ordered 2 steak and cheese no mushrooms , one with no onion , and an Italian sandwich , we ordered an order of garlic knots and 1 slice of pepperoni pizza which i could see in the display. several minutes later more people got seated outside , one couple sat next table over from us. about 10 minutes later the table beside us got an order of garlic knows , that they didn't order , the waitress said ooops ill bring your order out which we got another 15 minutes later. when the hostess brought the garlic knots out , she dropped half the order on the ground , immediately after the sandwiches came out, the waitress said " steak and cheese? one of these has no mushrooms" ii said neither should have mushroom and one has no onion. she said oh and sat them on the table . i asked about my slice of pizza she says oh let me get that for you . after destroying the sandwiches looking for the onion , we ate , ordered our last round of drinks and asked again about the slice of pizza which was still in the display case . the waitress came back again and said ill go get that slice of pizza ....... which i ate as we walked away ...... the food is great but the service absolutely sucks ass !!!! you would think during gaspee days at least they would have more...

This may be hands-down, the best pizza place I’ve ever been to in Rhode Island. And maybe even in Massachusetts. Yesterday I tried their kitchen sink Pizza, which is pictured here on the right side of the pizza. And their Reuben pizza which is pictured on the left. I also tried a slice of their steak scallion as it is one of their most popular ones. It was all delicious. The bartender was great. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable of drinks. The chef was very nice. The wait staff were all very professional and friendly. The entire space was filled with warm and cozy vibes. A very comfortable atmosphere. Even From before walking in the little plaza that it’s located in was very comforting. The bathrooms were big and spacious and although it is a busy place. There was plenty of parking as people are continuously coming and going. I have definitely added this to my list of favorites and will definitely be returning and referring friends and family.

We ordered an italian grinder, which was really good. and a eggplant parm sandwich which was by far the worst eggplant parm i have ever had. i took one bite and knew i was not going to eat it. if you look at the pictures i’ve posted you can see how thin the slices are and the breading is about the same thickness as the eggplant slice. there was barely any sauce and no cheese at all. i am so disappointed, if we were dining in, i would have sent this sandwich back. we really like fellini’s but i’m just really disappointed tonight.
