The Nutrition Station - Herbalife — Restaurant in Cranston

Only 4 stars because I haven't experienced the one on one coach option yet. Herbal life has distributors who help coach you to your goal. Right now I am just trying out the shake today is my second day and I must say 5 starts to the taste. Not gritty at all, to be honest it taste like a low fat milk shake . then they have delocious flavors i can't have caffeine so my choices are limited but I don't mind. I kind of just wanted to givr it a try see how it fills my belly. I did realize that today I recieved a protein shake rather then a formula 1 meal replacement. I was unaware and a little sad because the formula 1 fills me so well and I stay full for a long time... Even while drinking it I had to slowly it was nice and filling. Now the shake I had today was more like a snack or small light meal. I still got full but not as full as I did yesterday and I paid the same price for both. I did see the calorie ibtake of both and they are pretty but in the same ball park with some differences. But I can feel the difference in my belly. Lol. Besides that I LOVE the flavors I've had vanilla base and banana base so far. The photo with whip cream is white chocolate salted caramel that usually uses cookies and cream but I exchanged it for vanilla. It has gharam crackers and a little caramel swirl, pretzels and sugar free white chocolate pudding mix. So good ! The half empty one is banana nut bread I believe with peanutbutter add in. I will update if these shakes along with the healthy eating does me justice ....

First time here and let me tell you wow!!!!!! Amazingggg i loved the lemon mandarine ice tea is absolutely breath taking and it has caffeine which is great i was a little hesitant because im pregnant and im so happy that i went for it it was worth ittt this is definitely my new spot i love the energy in here !!! And Dave he works here has amazing customer service and is very passionate and knows what he is talking about i also tried the blueberry muffin and yessss it taste just like blueberry muffin soo ladiesss try it its soooo gooood!!! I also had lemon mango ice tea and it was also gooood but my favorite as i mentioned was the lemon mandarine!!!! Enjoy ladiessssss and felllasssss its a great place and i had a lovely...

Can’t say enough good things about this place. So so friendly and helpful. My first visit they took the time to explain the products, the benefits, the services. They personalized everything to my needs, answered ALL my questions, and my shake and tea were delicious on top of it! Tried one of the “other” Herbalife places this week. Service was rushed and even though I let them know it was my first visit there was no personalization or help at all. Waited for me to order, cashed me out without even offering me a rewards card, and that was it. And the shake and tea were not even close to as good as the one from The Nutrition Station. I will wait the extra 10 minute drive toward home to make my stop...
