I wish I could give it no stars. They said they'd replace the wig from the last review. I paid to ship the wig back to them twice because the lady who gave me the return address gave me the WRONG address. When I received the replacement wig I found it to be worse than the original wig, while it still tangles at the nap of the neck & still has split ends throughout the entire wig, someone over plucked the lace closure to the point of bald spots, there were short pieces at the top of the wig in the middle and the back and it was thinner than the original wig. They styled the wig so I wouldn't know right away. I picked the wig up from the post office on the 3/8/24 and was wondering why the lace closure was so thin. I thought they used too much product so I washed it. When It dried (air dry) the bald spots were revealed. Bellazon reached out to me for an updated review 3/11/24. I replied to the email 3/12/2024 informing them of the issues with the replacement wig and heard nothing back. Prior to receiving the replacement I called to see what was taking so long for them to ship it out. I was told the owner is bleaching the knots. So she's well aware of the condition of the wig. I'm currently going through a dispute with my credit card company and saw their response to the dispute which is a complete LIE. They sent in emails but not the full email thread. They deleted the ones notifying them of providing me the wrong address & having to pay for shipping twice. They also did not send the one of me notifying them of the condition of the replacement wig. This place is DISHONEST and has the nerve to fight for my money as if they provided a quality product. The prices are too high for the under quality wigs they sell. I offered to send the wig back if they send me a postage paid label as I had already paid to send the wig back twice and I should not have to pay a 3rd time. I paid $22.55 twice. Is not ok for me to pay it a third time! It wasn't ok for me to pay it a 2nd time!

I made the appointment for a Monday, at 7am, but Tamika decided to show up at 8:40am. So therefore, I waited one hour, and forty minutes. Furthermore, she claims she was inside the shop watching videos on her tablet after I attempted to call numerous amount of times. Moving along - she installed the hair, which were two packs of hair by the way, and somehow managed to get a tip of $20.00 from me. At this point, the hair looked fine, but still didn't give me the feeling that I wanted. I originally used two packs of hair, which should have filled my entire head for the Brazilian knots hairstyle. However, after one week passed, I called and spoke to Tamika to have another pack of hair installed. She stated that she would install it for $20.00 extra. Obviously, I thought she would have stuck to her word and perform the task, but that did not seem to be the case. I contacted Tamika numerous amount of times, and still, she didn't return any of my calls. I guess the $20 extra she charged, wasn't worth her time. With that being said, I eventually had a talented, knowledgable, hairstylist perform the task of filling the rest of my hair, which was slowly damaging by the way. Tamika used large portions of weave for the knots onto small pieces of my natural hair. As a result, this caused the weight of the weave to pull down my natural hair from the root. The hairstyle was done incorrectly, and she does not want to take full responsibility for her actions. Read moreI moved a street over from the salon a year ago. In October called to have a stylist for my wedding. No one returned any of my phone calls or inquiry online. Figured their loss and I went with someone else. But recently decided to give them a try again. Since they are so close and with everything going on, it would be most convenient. So, called twice and was told someone would return my call. No one did. Called the next day and was told not only are they now fully booked (before a photo shoot with my newborn son), but also, they are unable to do the style I had described on the phone twice before. So frustrating and a waste of time. Spoke with the owner before this review to let her know how a potential new customer was and is being treated, and how she was missing out on new business (my wedding and now this), but all I received was an excuse about how busy they are. Good for you. Happy you’re so busy and business is booming, but have a system in place and treat each customer with respect. She could have said sorry about that, we are busy but let’s see when we can fit you in. Or give us another chance, we value you as a customer. None of that was said. This is a black salon in my new neighborhood. Tried to support it. I’ll just bring my hard earned money and word of mouth elsewhere.
