Me and the boys were chillin on the couch when we confronted our cravings for fried calamari. It was 11:30 in the morning, so not many places were delivering at the time. However Tommyâs pizza was. The early delivery time is most likely a fecal attempt to cover up the melted banana laffy taffy that Tommyâs pizza called calamari that was delivered. Now upon ordering, I made sure that my ravenous comrades ordered a small cheese pizza in addition to two orders of calamari. I ended up paying 60 dollars for the calamity served to us after waiting an hour for the food to be delivered when the restaurant is down the street. The delivery man was disrespectful. I politely asked him to hold onto the pizza while i grabbed his hefty tip. He refused and insisted that i take the pizza, maybe the pizza was to heavy for a fragile minded soul such as his. I gave him the benefit of the doubt though, saying it was quit hot outside. Probably didnât really want to be there. However what i saw upon digging into the bag was inexcusable. Fortunately our craving for calamari was vanquished, but now i will never want to eat any type of aquatic animal again after what i ate. Was it calamari? Or squishy old mushrooms foraged in the corrupted woods? I couldnât tell. Lucky yet not so lucky for us, we had ordered a pizza. With little to no hope left we opened the pizza box. I couldnât even tell if there was a pizza in there under the abyss of grease. Long story short, we never found the pizza. It likely Disintegrated in the overwhelmingly deep pool of acid. May lord have mercy on our soul, i would rather rip my stomach out and fast ball it to mercury than to ever feed my poor stomach anything like that again. Tommyâs pizza will never ever have the pleasure of hearing my...

I came to pick it up 25 minutes later, then they told us they had no arugula after my pizza was brought out. So now my pizza is getting cold and i'm being asked what i want instead. we picked Spinach. i bring the food home after waiting another 15 minutes and my pizza is cold and the supposed grilled bruschetta is soaked and mush. very gross. don't know who is cooking this but Cannelini Bruschetta is NOT supposed to be eaten with a spoon. Very upset and will not go there again. Seems like they don't have a clue how to Take care of the customer. To bad. "I read your response and Honestly what could you have done to right this wrong? Well They knew they had no arugula so The correct way to fix this would be to let the customer know beforehand there's no arugula not when i have my pizza in my hand. I appreciate your respectful and honest reply. But the only way to have fixed this would be to have called me and told me no arugula maybe i wood have switched to something else instead of rushing a decision due to my pizza...
Read moreI was a long time patroon of Chalkstone (original location) . I have been to Cranston once. That one time I was at the Cranston location eating Tommy came out of the kitchen continued to verbally assault the female customer who had sent her dish back to the kitchen he proceeded to yell at her across the restaurant that this dish was hot as it was going to get and I thought she didnât like it there was the door to leave. And then proceeded to tell the entire restaurant what a horrible woman she was. Iâve never seen any chef or owner of a restaurant treat a guest that way in my life . I noticed in other reviews someone said chalkstone wasnât bad when your father ran it and you said great memory that was over 30 years ago. Ok so does that mean your parents havenât come to help out at all especially your dad in the kitchen at chalkstone in over 30yesrs ? Because I clearly remember him there! Itâs not the fact that they donât own anymore itâs the fact that they treated every customer as if they were family you yell at them in front of all your other clients...
