Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Crestview Hills

Scheduled my order to arrive at 1pm. Called at 1:20 to see where it was, and I was told they were really busy today. (I am located less than 5 minutes from the store) At 1:30 I called and asked for a refund, because at that point my lunch was over and I had to go back to work. Nobody called me and told me my order would be late, I had to reach out to them. Very upset and will not order from this store...

Had a small hiccup with a previous order, so politely i called to inform the store and that is was no big deal, TYLER (you sweet angel) gave a credit for the sandwich, when we called and placed the order with Tyler he made sure that the order was perfectly made. Let me just tell you, that order arrived freaky fast. Should've been featured on a commercial....

Almost always good. Quit Dijon mustard, but still offer a Cubano? Really? Unwich is fantastic....but out of lettuce twice in a week? Hello? It's a great company with quality product, but tighten up the everyday processes a smidge and make it superb company....
