Update (2025): I still come here often, at least 1x a day, if not 2x. The staff is fantastic in the mornings. Very nice and personable. You can tell they really care about customers like a small town shop would.
I will say though... when i stop by in the evenings, I have a lot of issues. In the evenings, my drink is almost always incorrectly made, recently being the wrong cup size 3x, missing the topper foam 4x, and a variety of other one offs. While I usually wouldnt stress a one off issue (& they definitely try to fix it), we are now up to 12x in a row for incorrect evening orders... and that is a lot of wrong drinks. Sometimes, I have to ask them to remake it more than once because they continue to miss things - again, only in the evening.
Maybe this is due to their mind being on closing up for the night or something else, and really it is a recent anomaly, but this is during a dead time (no customers) and is consistently happening. i would suggest you avoid showing up with any complicated orders after 6pm.
Update (8 years ago): I will say that recent I have had more issues, but I believe that is due to some new staffing. If you have a bad experience, let them know and give them another shot.

Read moreI have been to this Starbucks twice, both in the early morning and night, and both times were disappointing. Most recently I went in the morning. No ounce of customer service was brewed by these baristas. I walked into no greeting, though I provided one and was ignored, and a "what do you want?" attitude although they were very chatty to each other on the shift and welcomed their coworker in with an abundance of "good morning"s. I ordered a Caramel Apple Spice which one of the baristas have never heard of (I'm assuming it was the same one who made the drink) and a barista gave some explanation of how to make it. They give me my food (a breakfast sandwich and burrito, don't recommend) and drink. Being that I expected it to be quite hot, I didn't taste test it. 5 minutes later I take a sip of some lukewarm watered-down coffee with a hint of cinnamon with no hint of apple juice which should've served as the base. Read moreI came in for a drink 30+ minutes before I had to be at work and still ended up being late because my order took so long. I ordered ONE drink (it was an extremely simple order, no special requests), it turns out they had made me the wrong drink, never called my name, and left it on the counter for multiple minutes before I had to go and ask where my drink was. Not to mention there was one person in front of me in line. I shouldn’t have to reserve 40 minutes out of my day for a drink that takes two minutes to make. The inside was absolutely filthy too. Floors were stained and sticky and the tables were covered in food crumbs, pretty disappointing in the middle of a global pandemic, you would think the standards for cleaning would be much higher. They were clearly understaffed and I do think they were trying their best, but this is the fault of management for not giving these baristas the manpower they need to balance mobile orders, in-store orders, and keep up with cleaning...
