Some of the best chicken tenders out there. Very moist and tender, no pun intended. Breading is crisp but not crunchy, reminiscent of Chick-Fil-A. My understanding is it has the same owners as the Eagle in OTR, so they know fried chicken.

Fries are good and good portions. Parmesan fries with lots of parmesan and parsley.

Cole slaw is surprisingly good. It's very tart with a slight creaminess. It has great color to it with the red cabbage and carrot shavings mixed in.

I've eaten here a number of times and the food is consistently good. Service is also great for a fast casual place.

They have good house-made lemonade and freshly brewed tea.

The chicken is a little pricey, but it is good quality. Most meals only come with one sauce, and you have to pay for extra sauces, so that's a bummer. I've tried most of their sauces by now, and they're all good. The best ones are their City Sauce (which is kind of like a mixture of Cane's sauce and YumYum sauce) and the hot honey. The bbq is good- really smoky.

Today I had the buffalo and bleu cheese sandwich. The taste of the sandwich was awesome; however, the sandwiches are chicken tenders on a bun, so they are sloppy and difficult to eat. Aside from this, all of the elements are really high quality.

My wife had the spicy tenders. They come with a hot oil on top like Nashville hot chicken. The spicy tenders are good, but I prefer the regular.

Like most fried foods, it's better to eat fresh at the restaurant, because it can lose its crispiness by the time you get home. The spicy tenders are...

First time visiting this restaurant. Friday afternoon lunch. Wasn't too busy. We ordered almost right away and received our food at the table within about 5 minutes. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was a slightly rebadged version of the previous chain that was here. It was nice and clean. Felt a little like a cafeteria. My sandwich, which is called the Citybird, was available as a meal, which I ordered. Thr fries were good and seasoned well but could have been cooked a bit longer. The sandwich has a great sauce, and the pickles had good flavor. The brioche bun was fresh. The slaw was very good but was piled too high. When I picked up the sandwich off the plate, 2/3 of it fell off. There was no sporks so I couldn't eat that. The featured sandwich was a bit of a letdown for me. I figured it was a full chicken breast for the price, but it turned out to be 3 small tenders. With that said though, the chicken was tasty, hot, and had a good flavor to it. If I return, which is possible, I would probably just get a tenders meal and skip the bread. All in all a good meal, it just left a little...

I’ve frequented the downtown location several times and today was my first time at the crestview one. I just picked my parents up from the airport and wanted to show them a local place that my wife and I love. Unfortunately, today was not their best day. I typically like salt on my food. I noticed while I was eating but hoped my parents weren’t having the same experience but my dad turned to me and said “a little salty, huh”. The chicken and fries were drenched in salt. So much so that my stomach was upset for most of the afternoon. We got there around 1 pm and almost all of the tables hadn’t been wiped down and I had to do it myself. On top of that, when we left the trash was overflowing from the top of the bin. I’ll go back eventually to one of their locations to give them another shot but dang this was...

I absolutely loved this place! The City Bird sandwich was spectacular. The flavor combination of the chicken with the slaw and pickles was one of the best I’ve ever tasted and I do a lot of BBQ smoked sandwiches with slaw myself. The fries were some of the best I’ve had as well. The seasoning was perfect and so full of flavor. We have so many chicken places in my hometown and more new ones coming but…I’d rather have this place over all the others!

We had never been to a CityBird restaurant and we were missing out on some killer chicken, fries, and sauces. My new favorite chicken tender sandwich is the CityBird with City Sauce. But ultimately this slaw won over my tastebuds. The texture and flavor are above any chain slaw I’ve had. YUM! Our family appreciated the accessibility of this restaurant. Adequate van loading/unloading. Adequate seating, wheelchair friendly.
