A shamefully managed location of this franchise, even on Father's Day. Cynical, millenial wait staff: very poor, sneering attitude and customer attention-- as in none beyond the base necessity. The blue cheese dip was NOT fresh, and came to the table at room temperature, off-color. I know this is abnormal because I've been to another location in Ohio 10-12 times and the same dip was cold and white every time--- not a warm food poisoning gray. There were a ton of open tables, but on FATHER'S DAY a father and his three kids were taken and sat in the back corner a few feet from the men's bathroom door so we could enjoy the smell of urinal cakes and the steady in out flow of patrons and workers using the facilities at a restaraunt. Wings were doused in sauce without my request for them to be, so I couldnt eat them. I also didnt receive an order of fries I placed. We were given eight pieces of paltry looking celery combined on two plates and our street-attitude waitress had the nerve to say "here's enough celery for all (four) of you." She didnt check her ticket to make sure we had received everything, looked at my uneaten food a handful of times and said nothing except "need a box?". She was, however, complaining left and right within our earshot about how little her coworkers care. Isnt that bitterly ironic? By the time my kids were done eating (I never ate dinner there...as the father on Father's Day) I had grown so disgusted with the appalling treatment and service that I was visibly and audibly crass. But did this server take it as her responsibilty to address my dissatisfaction? Yes. By laying down a check for the FULL order, including my uneaten wings for $12, the $3 fries never received, and the $1.50 in very suspect BC dip. I told her to take the fries off and she was snide about that. She still came back and said "here you go" to hand me a bill for $56. And it was 945 on Fathers Day night and she knew I hadn't eaten. I put 60 in cash down. She came back quickly for the payment of course. Very attentive and concerned then. No surprise. Made change, brought it back, slapped it down on the table, turned and walked two steps away not facing us and said "Happy Father's Day" with full on sarcasm. Why? Because I was rightfully disgruntled with being treated with complete disrespect from start to finish for no reason at all by the service staff.
I mean the service was so bad it went beyond bad, and ventured into a realm of intentional, unwarranted abusive treatment that has me contemplating calling an atty. The dip looked completely unsafe-- possibly recycled...and given to kids to consume...child endangerment...the way I felt as a customer...was like I was being messed aith for showing up at 850 on a Sun night. The place closes at 10, but the staff was openly trying to do closing work at 9:15 in the dining area with additional patrons still coming in after us. Arguably the worst dining experience I ever have received. And Im well travelled and 43 years old.
So, apparently mgt at this BWR location preaches "Servers come first. Customers come second." Even on a day like Father's Day. Take your business...
Read moreOct 4th ,2016 Tuesdays night wing night and happy hour special - our terrible expierience!
Went to Crestview Hills Kentucky location , ordered $5 onion rings happy hour special , drinks and large order of fries as appetizers , Onion rings - burnt with char marks! Sent back for replacement Fries - like a pile of greasy mashed potatoes ! Sent back for replacement Drinks - arrived but took over a half hour for refills , in the meantime... Ordered wings , first order was 15 wings , requested 7 parmesan garlic boneless , and 8 traditional , and was told this was impossible . Wings "had" to be ordered in quantities of 5,10,15, etc ... Eventually settled for 5 and 10 Also ordered 10 traditional sweet bbq drum style wings . When orders ( including the remakes of onion rings and fries ) arrived , was immediately served celery and blue cheese ( did not order ) . The 10 wings i ordered were over cooked and the parmesan garlic wings had very little sauce . Had to replace the wings , and 10 more wings arrived , ( half wingettes , half drums ) Ice cold french fries and onion rings arrived shortly after and was finally given a refill. Due to the mistakes , the manager offered to remove our drinks from the ticket . When the bill arrived she removed the onion rings appetizer instead. Was charged for the celery and blue cheese at a dollar a plate , even though the celery and blue cheese were never consumed.
Overcharging , terrible food , cold food , miserable service , and the waitress constantly staring at us until we paid the bill , and followed us until we did pay! Im certainly never returning to this location , and will be filing a complaint with there manager and coorperate offices. I will be expressing my concerns over the way Caitlyn the floor manager treated us and my family of 4 in...
Read moreThis is the second time we went to pick up our dinner after spending $100 on it and driving over 20 minutes to pick up only arrive home and food be missing. The manager seemed shocked when I asked him how long it would be until it was ready. He said he mostly just refunds people their meals that they won't return to pick up. Since my family actually has manners and won't eat unless everyone has their food of course I'm coming back to pick up. Even if that meant that the rest of us would have a cold meal for the 2nd go by the time my son returned with his. This used to be our favorite place for chicken wings, but not anymore. He offered no apologies and only excuses and asked me to understand that they were just short staffed and it's not their fault. That's when I asked him to understand my frustration as this was the second time especially when spending that much money. You would think the decent/right thing would be to replace the entire order so everyone could eat a hot meal, but no. He only replaced what was missing. It's a shame that this restaurant's gone down the toilet. With that said I do not recommend this location of...
