Cristina's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Crete

For a small community, this place has a very large menu. The business is family owned and run, originally owned by mom and dad who still help and passed down to son Jonathon. Another case of immigrants who have done well for themselves and added to the community. Cristina's has a huge big screen, varying sizes of tables, a large assortment of alcohol to choose from (or not), and is so warm and friendly. Hablan español, es un lugar muy tranquilo, vine de 10:00am-11:01am en Jueves y era el único en lugar, es perfecto para la gente que le gusta más el silencio como a mi. No se si más tarde se llene pero temprano es muy agradable y tranquilo.

La comida estaba muy buena, pedí el plato de enchiladas y vienen 3 de diferente carne pero para mi la mejor fue la de pollo, deberían meter un plato de solo enchiladas de pollo como recomendación para el lugar.

Tienen agua de Horchata (Muy buena) y de Jamaica y bebidas de lata y botella como Jarritos y eso.

Tienen barra si te gusta tomar y bebidas mixtas como margaritas de sabores y todo eso.

Las mesas son muy llamativas y agradables a la vista y el lugar estaba muy limpio no como en otros lugares que vas y encuentras comida debajo de la mesa o las sillas.

Los empleados son muy amables y te reciben con una sonrisa y te hablan en un tono bajo lo suficiente para que les escuches claro y muy tranquilo que se siente relajante y cuando vienen a la mesa no es molesto como en otros lugares que pasan casi cada 5min y no puedes ni comer agusto y por lo menos las veces que vino conmigo se aseguro que no tuviera comida en la boca antes de hablar.

Tienen estacionamiento amplio y dos entradas que es por la calle principal enseguida de las vías del tren y por la parte de atrás por si te llegas a pasar solo agarras la siguiente cuadra y volteas.

When this place first opened it was amazing. Great food, reasonable prices. But I believe the owner may have retired and they have gotten incredibly lazy. They slashed their hours, and don't show up within 30 minutes of them closing or they won't seat you. Ordering carry-out is a waste of time because they take their phone off the hook.
