Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Crete

Horrible expirence, cashier didn't know how to take an order, so we had to order twice. They didn't get the order correct the second time. We asked for two small bizzards and one mini, and for them to be given to us after our meal was over. When we received our food our meal was broken into two different orders. We then received our blizzard's in two small and one medium. Also our food was not brought to us. A man a few minutes later came in and stood for a good 10 minutes for somebody to come, but nobody did. So went to his car and waited. He came back in and the cashier walked out, looked at him, and went back behind. My gravy was old and had a film over it. The reese in one of the blizzards weren't real reese, and none of the blizzards were mixed more than halfway down. DO NOT GO TO THIS DAIRY QUEEN!! And now I guess I understand why they had a 'Help Needed'...

I would love to give a five star but I can’t !! First off let me explain that there are bacteria and germs everywhere already as it is, they touch money. They touch everything around there already, who knows if they washed their hands and yet they grabbed the cones and start putting ice cream on it instead of grabbing a napkin and grabbing the cone and putting ice cream or wearing gloves at that. That beyond DISGUSTING if you ask me. Some people enjoy eating the cone but you can’t!!! I work in a hospital and I see a lot of people come in sick from other people not washing their hands. So it would be nice if they actually just invest in some gloves and just wear some gloves to touch other peoples orders. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t like some one touching their food after touching money or other things that are passed...

Horrible. Online states this Crete location is open till 930 pm during the week. We arrived at 815pm and ordered at the drive thu. However, attendant told us "Oh no you cannot order a burger we are going to clean our grill right now." So we had no choice but to order chicken tender meals. Ridiculous!😡 Pulled up to the window, 2 young ladies working. 1 was laughing, the other with a smirk. We had to wait 6 minutes for our food, time was not communicated. Chicken tenders were EXTREMELY SMALL AND FRIES WERE UNDER A HANDFUL SERVING. Not to mention poor customer service..and LAZY staff. We will make the drive to Indiana...
