first of all I would like to start off by saying that I applaud this place for having people who are autistic work at its services it makes my heart swell and I was so so overwhelmed I do so much work with people who are autistic and I love them and because I myself I'm handicapped I appreciate the fact that people are standing up for what's right no matter what the world thinks what I did not appreciate what's the fact that when I ordered my food my food wasn't right and when it did come and I try to get it corrected I asked very nicely if someone could bring my fries which were cheese fries if they can bring them back with the way that I ordered them which was with the cheese sauce in the cup and my fries unsalted and for them to be hot and for them to be crunchy my fries had she's already on them they were very salty and I asked for them to be corrected when I asked for them to be corrected the young lady then argue with me in Spanish and she cursed me out then the manager came back with her and she said no to Fry's then she took the fries from me with after they had brought them that with salt on them that they had brought with no cheese then she came back again and she cursed me out again then I just sat there until it was time for me to go when it's time for me to go I took my receipt take my receipt up to the counter and I explain to the manager that I never received my fries correctly from the young lady and she then looks with a blank look she explained to him in mumbling words no to Fry's I was not trying to get two sets of fries I never received my correct set of fries my problem was that there was a language barrier and that I clearly speak fluent Spanish but I don't look like I speak fluent Spanish and it is in my job to speak Spanish to her but if it is to come to that that somebody should be there with her to translate that I was trying to get my order and that wasn't fair to me and that wasn't fair to the business week cuz she cursed me out and I don't think that I was treated fairly as a customer and that being my first time there I think that it will be my last time dining in there although I had a very nice experience with the young man that work there and I did appreciate what you are doing with it with the services that you are giving I would not be revisiting there but thank you and I did enjoy my onion rings that are very fresh they were very good the young lady who bring me up was very nice but the young lady that she was not...
Read moreI first want to say that my family goes to this Culver's frequently, at least once or twice a week since it's been in Crete. I have never had an issue with them that they did not resolve with great customer service...until now. It's been almost a month ago now, I went through the drive-thru with a pretty big order, when I got home I was missing an order of chicken tenders and one order of fries. I called immediately and the young lady that answered apologized and since I was not willing to drive back that night she offered to send a voucher for two (2) chicken tender meals. She took my address and promised that they would be in the mail the next day. After a week or so and no voucher, I called again, this time I got a male employee, once again he apologized for the inconvenience, he also added that they had been waiting on vouchers to come because they had ran out. He took my address and promised that they would be in the mail the next day. So once again a week or two passes before I think about it again. I call again and once again I get a male employee, I tell him my issue, he puts me on hold for a minute or two, comes back and tells me that he would have to call me back because they are busy and then HANGS UP IN MY FACE!!! I am too outdone! As I said they have always been courteous and professional and always corrected their mistakes. I don't even want to call again to try to correct THEIR mistake. I am not saying that I won't ever go to this Culver's again, but it might take me a while to get over the poor customer service and the fact that I paid money for food that I never got nor got compensated for! SMH!
Update: I reached out to the email address that I was given and received a speedy response. Although I did not receive the exact vouchers that I was originally promised, I did receive two vouchers and I am satisfied with the fact that I was compensated for my loss. As I said in my original post this Culver's is usually on top of their customer service, hopefully this is a one time issue. I am upgrading my review from a 1 star for service to a 3 star. The food is always a 5 star. Therefore my upgraded...
Read moreWent to grab lunch for my son and I during a break from a project we were helping with. They have 3-4 lanes to stage cars after ordering food, so the runners can bring your food quickly. There was 1 car in front of me in my lane. 20 mins later, all 3 cars in each of the other lanes and the car in front of me were served and gone, a new group of cars filled up the spots, and some of those got their food and left. Finally, a young man came and apologized, saying we are still working on your order. I only ordered 2 butter burger baskets and two small mixers, flavor of the day. Not a large order. Next a car parked in front of the restaurant got their food, and a few more cars around me got their food. At this point I'm starting to feel invisible. Finally, I get my food, along with an apology from the same young man, and coupons and certificates for 2 free baskets for wasting my life in the drive through. I start to pull off, and learning from past mistakes, checked my order, no fries in the bag. I pulled into the spot where the car had parked in front of the building, got out and the young man asked what was wrong, I showed him the receipt and told him, no fries in the bag. He went in and came out with 🍟 fries and apologized again. Now I'm just about out of time for my lunch break, and had to have my son eat his lunch while I drive back to the project. I try to get a couple bites in while driving. It was not an...
