Subway — Restaurant in Crete

This is the one time I visit when I feel like im teaching kids, and watching paint dry. I asked for a custom sandwich, and they toasted everything separately. Worker by the name of Marvin. I asked them for extra olives, and they gave me half the amount that a small order of olives would be. They gave me 10 olives at first. I told them to keep putting olives till I said stop. Finally, the most nastiest thing ever, he dropped the salt and pepper into the corner of my sandwich. They tried to hide it but i saw the whole thing. He just proceded like nothing happened. Then a female worker in the back took over on my sandwich to wrap it, and she took 2 seconds to wrap the entire thing and bag it too. When you go here, make sure to observe who's making your sandwich and of they are too slow, and I mean really slow, please ask for another person, of contact...

I very clearly asked for a veggie patty, requested it be toasted with the bread, and that request was completely ignored. After just vegetables and sauce was put on, I was then told there was no veggie patty but by that point the sandwich was already made. Very frustrating. Was not offered any type of discount or fix for the mixup on their end.

Contacted customer service and they took 0 accountability, because even though its literally shown as an option under “proteins”, they said it is not “listed on the menuboard with a price for a 6-inch or footlong”. Which still misses the point, so let me try again ---- the POINT is that if it wasn’t available, all she had to do was say that BEFORE making it. On a number of occasions I've had to argue with the staff on how to make a particular foot long sandwich. Today, I tried to order a club. They put 4 pieces of turkey on it. Then 2 pieces of roast beef on one side and 2 pieces of ham on the other. They refused to put the meat on in any other way. I've only been getting the club for over 10 years and this is the only subway who thinks it's nearly two different sandwiches, not to mention there's supposed to be 4 pieces of roast beef.
