I frequented their food truck for their amazing burgers. Even though everything else looked great, the burgers are so good I stuck with them. This last time, I decided to try the Ribeye sandwich and it was fantastic. The people next to me had a Ruben and Chicken Fried Steak and both looked great and they said they were excellent. This place does everything they do well. They also have a local market. I purchased some pasture raised eggs while there as well and will be buying much of my meat here going forward.

Having only had Pierce's meat prepared by someone else (St. Charles Lanes & Concord Bowl), I had to give their store & restaurant a try. We ordered the Western Burger, Ribeye Sandwich, and a regular order of the Tallow Fries. Took them home and holy cow, they were excellent! Their market has a great selection of goods including a nice variety of meat, produce, and other goods! We plan on going back for some meat and, of course, more food!

St. Louis, wait no further for the best pork tenderloin sandwich in town. We were talking to the owner and I asked him if it was a frozen tenderloin. He said no, don’t you hear him pounding it out right now. Can’t get any fresher than that. They’re soft opening was Wednesday. Go check them out, I’m sure you’ll agree. It was a great sandwich.

I was enthusiastic about visiting and patronizing this new business. The location is off the beaten path but a very nice facility and carefully appointed with nice cases to display their fresh produce and wonderful selection of locally raised meats. I realize when I visited it was a soft opening and they were not completely stocked, so I understand their vision and fully support that. However, I was absolutely unimpressed with the the food I ordered from the menu. Firstly, I was surprised by the prices of a sandwich at $16 that did not include fries which were extra. I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich and was surprised by its carnival like presentation of an overly breaded plate sized tenderloin placed between a tiny store bought bun with somewhat wilted lettuce, a single tomato slice and a pickle slice that was off putting in flavor. I guess I was supposed to be impressed by the size, but was put off by its excessiveness. It was dry and required condiments which were located at a common table and were basic in selection. My friend had the beef birra and it was underwhelming in size and flavor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but I left feeling grifted and unsatisfied. Won’t be dining there again but may go back for locally raised beef when I’m...

This store and restaurant might be the coolest place I have ever been. When we walked in, we were immediately welcomed by Jamie who throughout our visit helped answer questions and explained everything to us. She was so kind and even gave me a small tomato for my son to try. Even though the store had only been open for a little over 2 weeks, everything was incredible. They have a market with fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and lots of goods from small local companies. We got lunch and it was all incredible. The fries were incredibly fresh, seasoned and crunchy. I also had the best and biggest pork tenderloin I have ever had. We enjoyed everything about this place and will definitely be coming back. If you're looking for a place that has great people, community, and...

Engaging staff really felt like they cared that we chose to come to their establishment. Menu was simple but enough choices to showcase the real gem of this place....the attention to quality ingredients prepared and presented properly and cooked to order. We waited for a bit for their standard fresh product but we received it and it was amazeballs. Theeee best pork tenderloin I've ever had and the pastrami Reuben was quite good however it was light on sauerkraut for the Reuben. I get showcasing that beautiful pastrami but hey..it's a Reuben. The fries were insane with great flavor and crunch, ketchup seems like an insult to these delectable delights. I look forward to seeing this place achieving it's...
